More veins when penis is flacid

I have only been doing PE for about a week now no major signs of change yet however my flaccid does look a bit bigger then again I could be wrong. Anyways I noticed that I have more veins on my penis when flaccid is that a good thing?

I take it to be a good sign. You are developing better blood flow.

Raiken its unlikely they’re actually new veins, they’re probably just more visible or perhaps you are more aware of them now.
