Morning coffee may cause some shrinkage for a little while?
I start everyday with a BIG cup of decaf coffee. (Yea, even decaf has some caffeine in it) And I notice that I’m usually a bit “smaller” (flaccid) for a little while after (maybe an hour or two?)
So I searched within this site, and sure enough there’s plenty of old threads from a decade ago which talk about how caffeine is a vasoconstrictor and there may be an effect where the body is sending blood to more vital organs (and not the penis) as a result.
So is this the reason my morning coffee is doing this, and it’s perfectly normal?
And would any PE exercises during this period be counterproductive?
