most effective ?
I have been maintaining a newbie regime of 25 x 30-sec stretches, 200 jelqs, 4 x 20 sec squeezes and 200 kegels per day for the last 6 weeks. I have been taking two days off per week. After around 2 weeks I noticed better erections, and my member feels heavier while flaccid.
Any tips ? And how long should I continue with this regime ?
