Hello guys,

After some time I’m thinking to go back to Jelq, the thing that annoys me more is to have to warm up.
I read on the Italian forum section about rice socket (no no.), damp cloth (not handy.) and IR bulb for lamps, any other more practical way to warm up?
I now I should write in Italian forum but I like the English language and I guess there are more people reading and posting here.

When I started the first time I was using a hair dryer, not bad, but it’s summer and here in Italy these days we’re having hot very hot days.

Welcome to the northern hemisphere! The remote thermometer over my monitor says it is 101.3 Fahrenheit at the moment. That’s 38.5 centigrade. It won’t get really hot for a few more hours.

The movement of muscle and tissue causes heat. If you simply rub/move/stretch the area for a few minutes, kind of like a jog as opposed to running, you will warm up tissue and bring more blood to the area.
