Hmm.. This routine seems kinda boring.

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each

But if I gotta do it, I’ve kinda been finding new websites every now and then, finding better ones and switching my routine, This so far is the best one. Thank you Guys. I think I’m going to stick with it.

By the way, I’m using a balloon type type heat wrap. You basically just fill it up with warm water and it stays hot a long time. Is this OK?

I’m taking Zinc & Stress B-Complex supplements. These Ok?

After at LEAST 3 months on the newbie routine. Trust me you will want to follow it. I did not, and I think I am gaining much slower because of it. It seriously does not pay to try and jump ahead.
