My early gains

My early gains

I want to than everyone for their help (especially the guy who invented the search feature). I feel that I have some pretty good gains for less than 2 months PEing.

I started out at 7.9 BPEL and 5.125 EG. After a month and a half, I am already at 8.125 BPEL and 5.313 EG. I am very excited.

Here is my routine (2 on - 1 off):
5 minute warm up (Shower or rice sock)
5-10 minutes of my modified stretches (by modified I mean when I stretch to the left and right, I also massage the ligaments at the base with the free hand)
~200 - 3 second Wet Jelqs
5 minutes Kegels
5 minutes more of stretching
5 minute warm down (rice sock)

My wife has already made a comment of how it looks and feels bigger (For 5’2” 115lbs. She takes it all !) and our sex life is improving every week.

I hope this encourages someone.

I am just starting out on my PE journey and I personally find posts like yours hugely encouraging, so thanks.

I am already noticing some early signs of progress and will gladly welcome any improved penis size or health whenever it happens.

Drilla,

I am so waiting to get conditioned enough to clamp. Your results are amazing to me. How long should I wait before attempting clamping. I feel my tool is in great shape as I rarely get sore after my routine (usually gets sore by the 3rd day). From what I read clamping will do wonders for girth (where I really want the gains) but should only be done after some time. (I don’t want to push it too early) Should I increase my time in any certain area of my routine or should I go more on days or stay where I am?

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it, you’re getting good results with your current routine, no need adjust anything for now. I’d carry on with what you’re doing for another month - 6 weeks or so before considering clamping..bare in mind I got my first 0.25” from jelqing so if you feel you want to adjust, maybe go up to 250-300 wet jelqs?

Again, I don’t think you really NEED to change anything as you’re3 gaining fast already…congrats.:thumbs:

I’ve been with a girl around the same size as your wife and sometimes it boggles the mind how much they can take.
