Hi there!

Well, while I’m not sure, I THINK I’ve gained 1/4 inch in both lenght and girth.. I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a month now.!

But what I now for sure is that my flaccid hangs a lot lower and fuller, and my erections feels better and stronger!!

So I really hope it’s working and that I’m gaining and it’s not just because of the better erections.. Not that better erections ain’t a good thing(:

Another thing.. When I stretch it kind of hurts UNDER the penis near the root.. Whats going on? Guess that ain’t a good thing.!

I often have a hard time being totally flaccid when I stretch.. Maybe that’s why?

I’m still a little sceptical to this thing, think everyone was when they started right?? But really hope I can make it happen!

Now I have been doing it for 2 months exactly yesterday. I started on June 13.

I don’t think I’m doing enough though, maybe thats hurting my gains. Like I only do it 2 days on and 1 day rest, sometimes 2 days rest.

Some guys here do it 5 days a week.

Do you think thats better?

Jelqing is easy but I have trouble getting a good grip when stretching. After my session the head gets sore and I have to rest it the next day, so thats why I’m hesitant to do it 5 days a week.

You need to find what works FOR YOU.

Ive been gaining doing jelqing maybe twice a week. :)

Everyone has what I like to call “The Sweet Spot” in their routine. This is where your routine is best suited for you, and there isn’t anything at the current time you could be doing differently to achieve better gains.

Why is it always me that has to scream the safety issues? ;)

You are getting pains under you dick I understand? Can you explain this more? Is there any swelling or anything around that area? Use more heat and take it easier, this is no rat race - you have years to grow so don’t rush and injure yourself.

Yes under the penis when I stretch.!

I must admit that sometimes I don’t warm up.. If I sit and get a hard on I just start jelqing.. Guess that’s stupid huh?? Got to warm up?

No, no swelling.. Just a pain under the penis near the ‘base’

You shouldn’t be jelqing when “hard” either. You should be jelqing with a 40 percent erection and maybe you can jelq with a 60 percent erection when you get very used to it!

Oh, I’m not jelqing 100% hard.. When I get the erection I let it ‘cool’ a little down.. Do it with 60-70%.. It seems to e working lets see..

I ‘ve just finished today’s workout! Did 10* 30sec stretches + jelq + 5 * 60sec stretches.! I warmed up better, and tried not to pull to hard doing the stretches.. And no pain!
