Im positive that doing reverse kegels against a force will strengthen the pelvic floor and muscles.A reverse kegel at first seems to be some sort of relaxing or stretching exercise but it can engage a certain muscle. The ischiocavernosus muscle.

Cryptic indeed, the OP promised pictures and didn’t deliver for 3 straight pages. Didn’t finish the thread though, too much speculation and poorly explained function by the OP.
But based on experience, reverse kegels if done properly shouldn’t strengthen the pelvic floor muscles like regular kegels do. If anything, it would strengthen your diaphgram, and only stretch the pelvic floor muscles. From my understanding, reverse kegels to kegels are like triceps to biceps. Can’t exercise both groups of muscles at once, and the IC muscle (whatever that guy in that speculation thread called it) seemed to only be activated with kegels, since it is located under the penis.
