Penis enlargement to me seemed like a crazy idea that was just about surgery and hanging but then I learned of Jelqing from this place called Sharereactor. I downloaded the file and was really skeptical. This was well written and it actually got me thinking about giving it a try. It also explained Kegels which I had been doing since I was alot younger. My advice is that you should take it slow, practice makes perfect, and just make sure you give yourself time to heal. Also, the importance of kegels can be different for some people but I was doing this exercise I think was called the super blaster for a couple of weeks and I had what was undeniably a full body orgasm without ejaculation. I was so stoked that I could hold back my sperm. But stupid me took a break and now have to work back towards a powerful PC muscle; make no mistake that I will achieve that again in the meantime I’ll just do the best that I can.
