My first day of rest

All day I have been constantly thinking of reasons to do PE but I know I should just follow the routine. I can’t wait until I get a some more experience and can push it a little harder, or just skip a rest day. What are some signs that I might see that would tell me I was ready to add some more to the newbie routine?

Just time, from what I’ve read.


Started: BPEL: 13 cm / EG: 10.5 cm // 27-06-07

Now: BPEL: 14.1 cm / EG: 10.7 cm // 18-10-07

Goal: BPEL: 17 cm / EG: 13 cm // Soon ;)

Some signs, Maruis, would be plateauing of groth, and for some it would be not feeling as sore after the workout.

I know exactly what you mean.. It’s the same with when I work out too.. On my rest days I always feel like I should be working out, but your body really needs the time to heal, which is just as important as the work-out. You gotta find something to distract yourself, and stick to the routine

Coming up on my first rest day tommorow, I’m currently trying out a 3 day on 1 day off routine
