My first gains Came after I switched my stretching
I just measured myself this morning and I found myself at 5.25” BPEL instead of the 5.00” BPEL I was at in December. I remember trying to make measurements as recently as mid-January and I think I was still stuck at 5.00”. Although I’m ridiculously excited to see that my penis actually grew, another question has come up now that I think might interest more people than just me.
So in the middle of stretching one day, I was looking in the mirror and got bored and started bloating out my stomach to do my “pregnant look”. The way I do this is to push my stomach out while simultaneously contracting the muscles I could only describe as under the waistline. In any case, when I contracted those muscles while stretching, I felt this immediate tightness/pain (similar to stretching my calves) that would go away if I either stopped stretching or stopped contracting.
It might be just coincidental timing, but I only started noticing measurable gains once I repeated this contract-stretch combo over the next few weeks. The stretch really only works downward and down diagonally for me, although it might be possible for somebody to feel something when going upwards. My question: has anybody else encountered this method of increasing tension? Am I stretching ligaments right now when I do that? It feels totally different than when I just pull downward normally.

Lesson Learned: Your penis will not grow if you PE 2 times a month.
