For those that have BIG gains from stretching....
I have been doing manual stretching for about 8 mos and for the first 4 mos. I had pretty good results. I gained about 3/4 inch in length. But for the last 4 mos I’ve gotten zero gains in length.
I wanted to know from those of you that have gotten great gains from just manual stretching (ie - not hanging):
1) How long have you been doing it to get those gains, and
2) What is your routine
I’m wondering if I should shorten/lengthen my routine or try something new.
