My First Plateau

My First Plateau

Hey guys,

So I’m doing PE mostly by penis extender Penimaster.
Now I’m on my 5Th month of using is for 5 days a week for around 3 hours in average.
So 2 hours with the elastic strap. And 1 hour high tension with the stand. I modify the stand with higher tension springs so now I have 2kg of tension.
Most of the time I don’t heat up before stretching. Not sure if that’s a problem.

Also I’m doing pumping for 10min every day.

After the 4Th month I’ve gained 1cm. I’ve measured it multiple times in matter of a month. Than I stopped PE for a week. I somehow lost 4, 5 millimetres of my initial gain.
Bot sure why and what should I do now?

Yes, I think the lack of heat could be contributing to the lack of gains. The consensus these days is that if you’re not pre-heating and using heat through-out your workout, you’re leaving gains on the table. Although, I’m not sure how "compatible" your system is with heat. I would start searching the site for things like:

"Heating while extending", "Heating with extender", etc. You might be able to find an IR pad or something that you can use to wrap around your unit while extending.

If I were you, and I’m not. I would do 1-2 hours each day of hanging, then use your Penimaster for as long as you can stand it.

My set-up/routine:

250W WalMart lamp (Manufacturer: Champion | Model: CCL300-100 / 120Vac 60Hxz, 300W )
250W Heat Lamp (Infrared Heat lamp bulb)
10 minutes warm-up in front of lamp
Put on my home made, compression hanger.
(10 LBS) Hang in front of the lamp for 20 minutes
Remove hanger for 10 minutes. Massage/promote blood flow into penis.
Repeat 2 more times.(Of course, remove the hanger and massage each and every set)
On the last set of heavy weight, I turn off the heat lamp at the beginning of the set.
At the conclusion of the last set, I apply 2 minutes of cold. 2.5 minutes MAXIMUM. I’ve never gone over 2:10 personally. (It’s a near-frozen paper-towel in a Ziploc bag )
Put on ADS for at least 4 hours. Ideally 6+ hours. ( In your case, this is where you would put your Penimaster on)

I always reach fatigue. If I have spare time, I’ll hang additional 10LB sets, but normally, drop it to 5LB sets. For example, today I’ve done 4x 10LB sets, worn my ADS for about 2 hours, and working on some additional hanging sets with 5LBs.

ALTERNATIVELY, do the newbie routine before putting on your ADS but again. Find a solution to apply heat. I’ll add an interesting post I found below about heat, which calls into question my own method of heat. However, I’m OK with it for now.

I would set aside the pump for until you’re ready to abandon length gains in favor of girth gains - unless of course you’re trying to improve erection quality. The reason I say this, is I’ve done my own "research". And came to the conclusion that I shouldn’t be hanging and pumping together. The consensus is that we should first focus on length, and then girth. Girth makes it more difficult to get length gains. Pumping also made it more difficult for me to attach my hanger reliably and comfortably.

Choosing The Heating Method
Manko007 has tested infrared lamp to rise the urethral temperature to 100°F (37.8°C) in 10 minutes going further I recall never exceeding the 104°F (40°C). The trial was interrupted because of some issues. Further trials should be made to confirm the efficiency rate.

He has also demonstrated far infrared (FIR) pad to rise the urethral temperature up to ~ 97.5°F (36.3°C) in 10 minutes and reaching the peak at 105°F (40.5°C) in 20 minutes.

With ultrasound we have demonstrated several times being able to reach the mean temperature of 105°F (40.5- 40.8°C) in just 4 to 10 minutes under application. Peak temperatures being up to 44°C. Skin temperature raising only marginally at any phase of the exercise.

Heating via conduction fails because the fact that the skin temperature needed to heat the inside parts of the shaft raises up to the level of discomfort and pain. Standing the pain would of course lead to skin burnt and other adverse issues.
No matter if we are using the infrared lamp, hot bath or whatever source the skin comes the restricting element not allowing to raise the temperature at the tunica level high enough. There is reasonable doubt that by any form of conductive heating method will elevate urethral temperature to the therapeutic heat level.
Penis Is a great cooler which we can easily find out if you were to put a urethral or other ways invasive temperature monitoring element inside our shaft.

There is no doubt which being the superior heating method. US is in another league and all others should be considered as a secondary heat source.
The effective way of applying the US energy and the even distribution of the heat comes from experience. It is still unlikely the user being able to keep the mean temperature perfectly up in the whole unit without using the temperature indicator.

This is of course clearly the hindsight of using any of the heat sources in general. Not knowing the penile core temperature, we can get fooled in to thinking the heat is enough especially with the excessive skin heating methods.

The skin temperatures during the US application can´t be taken as a reliable indicator of the penile core temperatures since the heat builds from inside the tissues absorbing
The energy mostly at the half depth of the penetration of the ultrasonic beam. We can be reaching high internal temperatures still to have only slightly elevated skin temperature.

Conclusive tests has not been produced enough using the skin temperature as a indicator but the initial results suggest that the correlations between has not been confirmed.

The dermal layers in penis are very efficient on neutralizing any heating efforts by the natural thermo regulatory mechanism, dermal layers having the independent from the erectile portions blood supply system.
Not to mention trying to heat the septum which may be the most resisting portion for the gains to come for many of us. To heat the septum there is absolutely no way other than ultrasound available at the moment.

This could be explaining why some of the great gainers amongst us have benefited from the traditional heat sources other left without the gains despite dangerously high skin temperatures they have been exposing themselves. They have managed to heat the tunica and their base ligaments enough and not being restricted by the excessively stiff and non-elastic septum or collagenous thickenings.

RF heating and laser therapy technologies are developing, and in the future, I believe there could be better possibilities to heat which ever dept we like other dimensions staying at lower temperatures.

I would wait for some of the more seasoned PE’ers to offer their opinions.

In my opinion, what causes your dick to increase in size through PE is through plastic flow or deformation of the tunica or ligs. You see the spongy tissue inside the penis has the capacity to hold a lot of blood like a real sponge holding liquid. What sets the limit and puts a screeching halt to a man’s penis size is the tunica that surrounds the spongy tissue. If a man’s tunica has a large amount of sheer tissue mass and elasticity inside of his flaccid penis, this will result in a huge erection.

Before human tissue reaches plastic deformation, its elastic limit must be breeched and enter a zone called CREEP. Creep is completely time and load dependent and is a phase where the stretched tissue is completely relaxed and slowly creeps away from its elastic limit if the stress remains constant with heat. Once sufficient amounts of creep has been done to the tissue through continuous amounts of time under tension then the tissue enters the plastic deforming zone. Now keep this in mind. All of this is happening at a microscopic level. When the tissue deforms it then begins remodeling at a microscopic level to adapt and set its self to a new elastic limit.
Here is an example with someone who’s a clamper. Say you started out with a maximum clamped penis girth of 5 inches in circumference. That means with a clamp, 5 inches in circumference is your penis’s maximum elastic threshold girth wise. Now for your penis to increase beyond this point it most go through the process I was talking about earlier known as CREEP. Now lets say through creep your clamped penis after 4 fifteen minute sets swells to 5.5 inches without any fluid build up. This extra expansion was cause by CREEP which caused the penis to slowly creep in expansion beyond its elastic limit of 5 inches in girth. Now after so many hours, days, and months of expansion beyond the penis’s elastic limit from the CREEP phase, this will result in permanent deformation of the tissue. Now lets say after a couple of months your new 5.5 inches becomes your new unclamped girth. After four 15 minutes sets of clamping your clamped penis now expands to 5.8 inches This new level of girth because the penis was plastically deformed past its old elastic limit of 5 inches in girth to its new elastic limit which is now 5.5 inches in girth. So the idea is to repeat this cycle over and over for gains to accumulate. You keep slowly pushing beyond your elastic limit to the creep and plastic zone. Once your dick has plastically deformed to a new size then that new size becomes your dick’s new set elastic limit and you push beyond this again and again.

So to elaborate on CREEP a little more CREEP is basically temperary deformation of soft tissue from stretch forces placed on to it. CREEP is what soft tissue goes through before it hits plastic deformation. Say for example that your bone press flaccid stretch is 7 inches without any manipulation. Know lets say after 3 hours of hanging now your penis can stretch out to 7.3 inches. The reason for this is because of CREEP. The tissues in the penis slowly CREPT beyond its elastic limit from 7 inches to 7.3 inches during the 3 hours of hanging. CREEP however is not perminant and if no other hanging was done after that day then your new bone pressed flaccid stretch of 7.3 inches will go back down to 7 inches within a hour or two. After so many days, weeks or months of your penis constantley going into the CREEP phase hitting 7.3 inches stretched length from it’s orginal 7 inches stretched length, the tissues will eventually break through the CREEP phase into the plastic deformation phase. The plastic deformation phase is the main goal to reach and in my opinon is responsible for the size increase in one’s penis. But before plastic deformation takes place the tissues have to go through the CREEP phase and the quickiest way to hit CREEP aka termporary deformation is with constant heat applyied to the tissues.

The CREEP Phase is also a good reason why wearing an ADS after a PE session is so important. The ADS will keep the penis’s CREPT length in place while healing and cellular remodeling takes place increasing the chance of perminant deformation.

This is why I think it is better for guys that hang to not use there maximum weight on the first set. I know most people say to go to max weight then drop the weight an ride the fatigue like a reverse pyramid but I think its better to do a warm up or acclimation set to relax the tissues while hanging then use your max weight. What I mean by this is do warm up set under heat so the tissue of the tuncia and ligs can adapt and relax to go through the CREEP phase. Then once the warm up set or sets are done, then commence to you max weight.

Here is an example:

Let say your hanging workout is 10 sets of 20 mins hanging with the max weight being at 20lbs

You workout should go like this:

Warm up set 1: 5 pounds for 5 minutes
Warm up set 2: 12 pounds for 5 minutes

After these warm up sets are done to let the tissues relax and go into CREEP then do the real hanging sets, starting with your max weight of 20 lbs for ten 20 minutes sets and reduce the weight when necessary riding the fatigue as the 10 sets are done.

First 5 work sets: 20lbs for 20 mins
Next 3 work sets: 17lbs for 20 mins ( reduce weight riding fatigue)
Last 2 work sets: 14lbs for 20 mins ( more fatigue. Had to drop weight further)

The hanging example above was an example for someone who does there hanging all in one session.
For those like my self that hang through out the day then a 5 minute warmup with half of your max hanging weight should be done in the beginning of each main session to relax the tissues and initiate CREEP. So for my self I have three main hanging sessions a day. I do 3 hanging sets for my morning session, 2 hanging sets for my lunch break session and 3 hanging sets for my evening session. In the beginning of those three sessions I do a 5 minute warm up session hanging with half of my max weight.

I noticed my gains slowing significantly after the 4th month as well.

I would recommend that you measure more often and specifically try to see how much you can control when measuring. Stand against a wall, heels touching and try to maintain the same posture, etc. Make it consistent. The penis also fluctuates from day to day. If you only measure a few times in a month, you may only see the measurement that happened to be at that moment. Learn your body and its cycles in general, this will help.

Once you are more stable with your measuring, you can make a more informed decision.

Like slides mentioned, heating is a must. Huge buff to any gains you would otherwise make, provided you would make those gains in the first place.

My views on PE are as follows: Decons are the holy grail to consistent gains over any PE career (I’m talking >1 year) and heat is simply required during a workout.

If you see no gains for another month or two, what has worked for me so far is taking a few years off. Spend the time working on your other goals (I am certain you can come up with other goals that will help your penis out).


Why do the newbies get to have all the gains?

Do you think that more intense workout with extender can stiffen the penis and stop the growth? Because usually I see retraction of my penis the next day when I put my extender usually the rods are less extended in length.

Yes, the penis will resist growth. For example, people that hang with 2lbs of weight may eventually stop seeing gains and need to increase the tension to 3lbs -> 5 lbs -> 10 lbs etc.

The same concept can apply to extenders, where you may need to increase the level of tension in order to continue seeing results/gains. Also try to promote gains by healing in a lengthened state - like using an ADS or traction wrap. Healing in the "turtled" state is seen by some as a bad thing and should be prevented by using an ADS or wrap. I fall into this camp.
