final plateau?
To give some background:
I techinically started hanging over 2 years ago; I hadn’t heard of it
or anything like that, but intuitively thought it might work. I quit almost immediately, for fear that I might hurt myself. At that time, I didn’t know anyone had done it succesfully. I re-discovered hanging and this place about 5 weeks ago.
Anyhow, my question is this:
Have any of you long-time hangers reached what seems to be a ‘final plateau’ — no gains even after..say … a year of intense hanging?
For me, it seems that my starting length is my “final plateau” :( . I’ve been hanging ( now ~15 lbs) for 5 weeks, and have only noticed an increase in flacid length. I haven’t given up, though… you guys give me hope.
