My Glans Comes Out Using the Extender

Well that’s the issue, using the pro-extender that is with the gel type strap my glans comes out, I’m team blood and erect it measures 5.11 inch / 13 cm and flaccid it measures between 2.7 inch /7 cm (it’s a shame) and e I tried everything to keep the extender from coming off: the 8mm latex hose, the bandages, the gel tube, the talcum powder. The only way I have found so far to use it is to put on the bandages, then the gel tube and squeeze the glans well with the 8mm latex hose, but after 4 hours (in the middle of the session I take everything off and massage the glans for 5 minutes and I put everything back on and continue with the session) I start to get a burning pain where I have the bandages and the tube and I have to remove it I wanted to check that: Do people who use an extender also get that burning pain where the strap grip is? How did you solve the issue of the glans leaking?

I’ve been extending for almost 2 years now with 1.75 inches in BPEL growth. About a year ago I switched to the vacuum cup style and haven’t looked back. You never slip out although you do have to contend with blisters. The secret is to baby powder your glans and wear a silicon glans protector. Moisture is your enemy when it comes to blisters. No porn or thinking about women (in other words, no pre-cum). Extending works.

I started at 5.75 and am 7.5 now. Stick with it.

How long did it take you to get results?
How were you going with the issue of tension because I understand that you should stretch below your erection measurement and when you see gains, increase the tension

Start: BPEL 6.7" MSEG 4.8"

Now: BPEL 8.6" MSEG 5.7"

I’ve always thought you should stretch just ABOVE your erection measurement.

Well I thought the same but after reading the post and from the comments I understand that the penis does not respond well to stretching it so much and that the best thing is to increase the tension and stretching while seeing gains, even if they are small. If you have used the extender for a long time and it has given you results, explain to me how you handled the issue of tension and stretching.

Just get some cheap vacuum cups from aliexpress and use it with your extender. I use the water method with my vac cup, have never got a blister.

Basically, I think it’s best to keep the penis as stretched as possible, for as long as possible - that’s what I’ve always done, anyway. I always have my extender set at my BPFSL - or even a bit over, so it’s really stretching.

Started : 07 Match 2024:

> BPEL 16 x 13.2 cm

> GOAL: 20x14.5 cm

I fill the vac cup with water, put dick in there then pump out all air bubbles. If you google ‘vacuum cup water trick penis’ you’ll get a bunch of results that can explain it better. Not going to link to any of them as they’re mostly from product sellers.

I started seeing results immediately. I gained an inch in the first 6 months stretching 4-6 hours a day for 3-4 days a week. I’ve always stretched past my BPEL. I have a very elastic penis. I typically reach an inch past my BPEL by the end of a 2 hour session.

You stretch as far as is comfortable. Then when your tissues relax and the tension releases, you add more tension.

I used to try for 6 hours a day, back during my first year of extending. Now I’m more like 2-4 hours a day, 3 days a week. I’m still growing about .5 inches a year I’d estimate. I really believe the healing days are important for me.

Also, I mix hydro pumping in with my routine. Sometimes before I extend, in order to pre-heat and pre-stretch the tissues. But sometimes I do it after stretching.

I always wear a silicon sleeve for several hours after a session in order to maintain my maximum flaccid length. I stalled for a bit last year, until I implemented the silicon sleeve. I’ve seen a big difference with it.

Have you noticed any girth gains via extending? I’m afraid to get into clamping and have my doubts that pumping will work for me.
