I’ve been lurking here a long time. Started doing PE and stopped after 3 weeks. No consistency. Now I’m motivated. My starting stats are BPEL-19cm=7,45inch, mseg-13,6cm=5,35inch,bpsfl-20cm=7,85inch. EQ- poor. I have PIED. So at the same time I’m doing nofap, for life. Porn was allways getting in the way of PE and other aspects of life.
Short time goal (1year) is +2,54cm=1inch in lenght and +1cm=0,4inch in girth, cemented.
Rest is just a bonus for hard work and keeping at it.
My weekly plan for first three months is:
Morning
10min pump at 5Hg and 100 dry jelgs in the shower.
Mid day if possible
5min warmup and 5min warmup between the breaks.
3x20Min hanging at 2kg - don’t feel any fatigue with that weight, because of the “steel cord”
Evening
15min US at 1,8w/cm² in strecher and after that JP90.
5 days on, 2 days off, with exception in weekend hanging each day 25min.
I feel I’m conditioned enough for that, because of my previous attempts over the years. Will reduce as soon physical indicators say so.
Supplements I use are, l-arginine, l-lysine and l-citruline. Thought that maybe mixing l-arginine with shea butter or aloe cram, and applying that on my unit for the night. Also quitting smoking for better bloodflow and overall health.
The idea of the training plan is to get as much of newbie gains as possible without breaking my unit, and then starting to cementing and growing slowly more.
If some older PE-ers see this post, id like to hear what you think. Am I over doing it, or is it acceptable?
