I’ve been lurking here a long time. Started doing PE and stopped after 3 weeks. No consistency. Now I’m motivated. My starting stats are BPEL-19cm=7,45inch, mseg-13,6cm=5,35inch,bpsfl-20cm=7,85inch. EQ- poor. I have PIED. So at the same time I’m doing nofap, for life. Porn was allways getting in the way of PE and other aspects of life.

Short time goal (1year) is +2,54cm=1inch in lenght and +1cm=0,4inch in girth, cemented.

Rest is just a bonus for hard work and keeping at it.

My weekly plan for first three months is:

Morning

10min pump at 5Hg and 100 dry jelgs in the shower.

Mid day if possible

5min warmup and 5min warmup between the breaks.

3x20Min hanging at 2kg - don’t feel any fatigue with that weight, because of the “steel cord”

Evening

15min US at 1,8w/cm² in strecher and after that JP90.

5 days on, 2 days off, with exception in weekend hanging each day 25min.

I feel I’m conditioned enough for that, because of my previous attempts over the years. Will reduce as soon physical indicators say so.

Supplements I use are, l-arginine, l-lysine and l-citruline. Thought that maybe mixing l-arginine with shea butter or aloe cram, and applying that on my unit for the night. Also quitting smoking for better bloodflow and overall health.

The idea of the training plan is to get as much of newbie gains as possible without breaking my unit, and then starting to cementing and growing slowly more.

If some older PE-ers see this post, id like to hear what you think. Am I over doing it, or is it acceptable?

I can’t provide feedback to the hanging as I have no experience.

While the pumping is mild you might still want to experiment with shifting it from the morning to the end of the day, see how it feels. What you are looking for is to determine if pumping before your hanging routine has a positive or negative impact on your elongation while hanging. This is something for you to determine. I have determined that, for me, all pumping and girth centric exercises are saved for after my elongation routines. Granted I think that jelqing might literally fit anywhere!

Others will surely chime in and offer advice based on their experiences.

Yesterday my penimaster pro arrived. Tried it and was amazed how good it is, even for uncut like me. Today my IR lamp arrived. Another thing that makes me happy. I have faith, that I can make it work. Last week I bought a pressure cauge for my pump. And I have self made hanger. So for great PE I have all the e, equipment. I need to be careful not to over train. Last weekend, I did one set of hanging, and overdid it, now I took a week off because of that. Don’t wanna do it again. Slow and steady to bigger and healthier dick.

Back again.

I have healed from my injury, I gave it two weeks and jelged after that for two days, wasn’t healed yet. So I gave it another 10 days.

Now I’m using my ADS, and only ADS. Next week I start jelging again. I need to take it slowly, if I get injury, it takes too much precious time to heal. I measured 1 month after injury and lost 0,2inch in lenght.

I try to get 40h a week ADS time. It will be 1000hr in six months.

I think that the secret in growing is HEAT.

Ir lamps are weak, they don’t give much heat, and I’m worried about the excess heat on my balls.

I use us daily 15-20min when stretching.

Right now I have to brainstorm my workout plan, and what to do when.

Stretching: do I use US in first session, and stretch after that for 8 hours, or I start with 5min warmup, stretch in low tension for five hours, and then add us, and stretch harder for last three hours? The problem is healing in non stretched state. I think that healing should be in stretched state, low tension. Then it heals longer.

Jelg and pump: do I pump 10min and dry jelg 100reps in hot shower and after that attatch my ADS? Problem is that pumping draws in unwanted fluid below glands, and vacum ADS does it too, so maybe there will be too much fluid, and I can’t ceep ADS for 8 hours. But if I can, I think that would be most beneficial, for lenght and girth at the same time.

Clamping: Clamping is something id like to start really slowly in the future. But before three months. Maybe twice a week, for one session only, 10min.

I’m allready overdoing it in my head :)

Time will show. First measure ill take at 4th of october after 2 days rest. If I gained back my lost 0.2 inch in lenght, id be satisfied. Anything above that works like a motivation boost. I’ve read a lot of +0.12 inch in month lenghtwise is doable with hard work and consistency.

I think ill take BPFSL weekly.

First week is over.

Total ADS wearing of 22h.

BPFSL - 20,5cm = 8,05inch after end of session. Optimistically its +0,2inch, but I discard it, because its hard to take the right measurement, I have to pull really hard to get it. So its safe to say no change.

Week 2

300 dry jelgs Total.

17min manual stretch

7min bending

BPFSL 20cm

EG 13.7cm

BPEL 18.5cm

Not consistent. Time and lifestyle choices messed with consistency. My BPEL has stayed 18.5cm after first trauma, it was previously 19cm. Maybe its my poor EQ that affects this. But girth is +1mm, without any massive girth work.

Week 3 and 4 will be allso a bit tricky, because I’m going on vacation. I’m trying to do jp90 at that time. Time shows.

Hi! Well i usually dont post much on here, but since youre from Estonia :P (I was born is Poland) and you just stopped smoking i will try to help.
In the morning i would do jelqs first and then pump.
During mid day if you want and are able to hang then do so, i think eventually with increasing the weight you’ll feel the “fatigue”. Pick the angle and stick to it. Of course nonstop heating your pecker while hanging.
IDK what you wrote about the evening routine.

Overall your routine sounds good, i wish ive had so much free/private time to do similar routine.

BTW ill also say …..get a notebook and start a journal, write your routine, sleep time, stress factors and….while doing a PE visualize having the member that you want, i feel the mind helps with all of it. Good luck!

Evening: 1,5h ADS with us 1.8w/cm2 (15min). And Jp90 + 10min pumping at 5hg.

Evening: ADS 1.5h + jp90 and 10min pumping at 5hg

Evening: ADS 1.5h

Sunday

1h of ADS, started jp 90 and felt blood vessel that is full of something hard, about 2cm long at the left side of penis, where scrotum begins. Massage and keeping my eye on it next time.

Still fighting with smoking.
I read about your premature ejaculation. I had that problem with my ex, and it was psychosomatic. With my now girlfriend I have DE, but thats a lot better than premature ejaculation. Its in your mind, and lose porn if you watch it. It affects a lot.
