Background
I started my PE journey in 2014 by finding out about jelqing in one of the Internet’s forums/imageboards. It was in 2015 that I first “tried” jelqing, but didn’t have a routine and didn’t really do it for more than a few weeks.
I found the other famous PE forum in late 2017 and started the JP90 beginner routine. I got some newbie gains, around 2cm or 0.8” BPEL by completing the whole 3 month program. After that I continued with varied exercises for a few weeks but lost interest because of work. I bought a pump and tried to use it every now and then, but quickly ran out of time/motivation. I didn’t have a follow-up plan.
Fast forward to late 2022
I started my PE journey again. This time with the newbie routine. I started light stretching around week ago but didn’t begin jelqing until this week. I’m doing 2 days on 1 off, but I’m not scared to skip a day or two if I got negative PI’s. I started with the stretching routine and added 25 jelqs this week. Next week I’m planning to add another 25 jelqs and so on. So far I’ve got positive PI’s and improved EQ. I tend to turtle easily, but I’ve noticed this tendency to be absent after completing my routine.
Now my plan is to complete 8 weeks of the newbie routine, with possible 4 extra weeks if I get good gains from doing it. I’m planning on having a 1 to 2 week break from PE after completing the routine.
Future plans - no more slacking
Last time I tried PE in the 2017 I quit after completing the JP90 newbie program because I didn’t have a concrete follow up plan. This isn’t happening anymore. I’m currently researching the theory and strategies of vacuum hanging. It seems like something I would like to try after getting conditioned - any PE veterans reading this, feel free to give your opinion!
Goals
Short term I would like to gain back the 0.8” of BPEL I made back in 2017, I’ve lost the gains since. I’m not that interested in EG currently, but that could change. Current measurements are 6.3” BPEL and 6.3” EG and FL of 3.1”. BPEL and EG seem to be more when not measuring (maybe for psychological reasons).
My long term goal is 9” BPEL and 6.5” EG.
