You can wear the Phallosan with relatively low discomfort throughtout the day, but it is not invisible. If you wear a jacket or something, you’ll have no trouble but it is somewhat noticable, despite what the sellers claim. It is probably good as an anti-turtle device and may even help flaccid size but does nothing for length or girth gains so far. I’m 1200+ hours in and should have seen an inch by now, according to their website.
However, go for a generic knockoff - the Phallosan isnt worth more than $40 and they will charge you 8x that amount. Just don’t do it, I feel dumb for it, and the worst part is I am still wearing it in hope. I wish I had bought a generic which is pretty much exactly the same. Just my advice, I hope you find it helpful :)
