My journey so far(NEWBIE) - feedback appreciated!
Hello PE comrades!
I have now been exercising my penis for 5 months. My focus has been learning the movements, improving technique and slowly ramping up the duration/time. I began with the newbie routine and still doing it today, 2 on/1off. Now when I’ve hit 10 min manual stretching and 20 min jelqing I do 1 ON/ 1 OFF for 4 weeks, then I will switch to 2 ON/1 OFF for another 4 weeks, then increase the stretching and jelqing time and do 1 ON/1 OFF again etc.
I started with:
2 ON/1 OFF
- 10 min warm up
- manual stretch (5 ea direction, 30 sec)
- 5 min jelqing
- 5-10 min warm down
- 50x5 second kegels
I did this for 1 month, then on the 2nd month I increased the jelqing time to 10 min and started to add 1 stretch per week.
2 ON/1 OFF
- 10 min warm up
- manual stretch (6 ea direction, adding 1 per week)
- 10 min jelqing
- 5-10 min warm down
- 50x5 second kegels
3rd month I started to increase jelqing time by 1 min per week and keep increasing 1 stretch per week. When I reached 20 min jelqing time and 10 min stretching I went from 2 ON/1 OFF to 1 ON/1 OFF.
1 ON / 1 OFF
- 10 min warm up
- 10 min manual stretching
- 20 min jelqing
- 5-10 min warm down
- 15x10 second kegels (about to switch to 10x15 seconds). I do long holds nowadays.
My plan is to do this for 4 weeks, then when I hit 6 months time I will do 2 on/1 off same routine for another 4 weeks. Then increase jelqing time to 25 min and manual stretching with + 5 mins OR add BTC stretch combined with my current 10 min of manual stretches and go back to 1 ON/1 OFF for another 4 weeks, then switch to 2 ON/1 OFF for 4 weeks. Then add jelqing time to 30 minutes and 15-20 min of manual stretching and go back to 1 ON/1 OFF and do that for 4 weeks, then I will consider myself properly conditioned and I will try find a more ”advanced routine” to try. Does my way of thinking sound good?
Basically my key words which I try to follow is; safety, patience, technique, consistency. I am safely and slowly increasing the duration of my newbie routine in other words. Because I am in this for the long run and I feel like taking the slowly and safely path will both keep me from injuring myself and perhaps cementing the gains a little down the road.
Starting stats:
BPEL: (6”), 15.3 cm
NBPEL: (5.5”), 14cm
MEG: (4.92”), 12.5 cm
BG: (5.5”), 14 cm
Now (month 5-6)
BPEL: (6.3”), 16 cm
NBPEL: (5.75”),14.6 cm
MEG: (5”), 12.7
BG: (5.9”), 15
As you can see, no huge gains and I think my gains so far could be EQ gain and not actual gain. Since I started I have had improved/stronger erections. I hope manual PE will give me more gains, but in the future I will probably look into hanging or something because my goals are ambitious. My dream is to reach atleast 7” length and 5.5+” Girth. Which means a total of 1.5” length x 0.6” girth gain from my beginning stats. Ambitious, but hopefully realistic.
