My n00b status so far..ps: PE Works!
Been doing PE for almost 2 months…
There are some factors I’d like to share on the forums. Not only list down what I have been recently doing,
but better yet help out, and encourage the new members as to why I think this stuff really works if you do the
exercises as shown in the videos. These videos are located on the main page, and illustrate each and every
step in the right sequence. Personally, I’ve made some videos myself in which I have posted on this forum.
My exercises:
1st Day
Warm up with Rice sock: 5 Minutes.
Stretches: 40 seconds for each stretch.
Outward, Downward, Upward, Side to Side stretch.
Rotor Stretch: 15 circles clockwise, and counter clockwise
150 Wet Jelqs. Stroke held for 3-4 seconds while pulling down the skin with other hand, and
gripping with pretty intense force.
Erection level during jelqing: 50-60%
Here are some of the things I have been noticing throughout the recent days:
1. My balls are definitely not the same size as before. They are a lot! bigger, and feel a lot warmer.
2. I think I’ve gained about 1/16th of an inch in BPEL, but it could be just the rise in EQ due to jelqing.
Oh and another thing I wanted to bring up that happened last night with a girl.
So yeah, I tried to get it in last night, but she was giving me excuses that she doesn’t do sex unless she
goes into a relationship. I told her that’s cool, and we just started messing around. She began to stroke me
for a little bit, and what I’ve noticed here is that I had a lot more Control over my ejaculation than I
ever did in my lifetime. When I unloaded, I mean…I unloaded. I blasted all over her hand, lol.
I’m pretty sure these are good PI’s, as some of the veterans like to call it.
