My penis head is extra sensitive

Hello again everyone I am currently faced with a problem thats really bothering me, I have phimosis( tight foreskin which cannot be retarcted over the glans) and for many years wondered why my penis was like this. I recently started streching the foreskin and I think I have been making progress as I am now able to partially retract it to a certain point not very far though. However I had touched the my penis head for the 1st time and I must say it’s quite an unpleasant feeling. It’s not that painful however it does feel a bit odd and not pleasant at all so I’m wondering if this is the way your penis is suppose to feel and if not why does penis feel this way ?? Any help would be appreciated please and thank you.

Was the same here, it’ll take some getting used to, but the feeling does subside once the “skin” gets rougher”

raiken6, being cut, I can’t offer any advice, except, as Longingforlong said, it’s probably just a matter of conditioning. However, I was thinking how ironic it is that I’m (and a few others here) working so hard to feel what you’re feeling. Some of us circumcised guys would love to experience the sensitivity you’re feeling. Funny old world.

Don’t worry, that was the next step after revealing it. It was extremely unpleasant to begin, I agree. All you need to do is gradually introduce some stimulation to it, start off with light touches and lube. It’s very possible to overcome this, so don’t worry.

I also had phimosis and in the end had to have a circumcision. I had the same problem as my glans had never been touched and had always been under my tight foreskin. after my circumcision the glans were revealed and extremely sensitive, it hurt to touch it. But gradually over months it subsided and now years down the line it has a lack of sensitivity. So don’t worry to much about it, just try and the glans out in the open give it some air, and as Veezee said add stimulation, touch more and more everyday and eventually it will become a pleasurable feeling.
