My penis is bigger than three weeks ago.
So, this is my first message and thread on this forum. First, I will say that what this site provides is invaluable, and that I applaud all the members that post their stories of PE. I hope it’s posted in the right forum, and if it isn’t I’m sorry, it’s here with the best of intentions.
I heard of jelqing through sheer luck when reading an article on another site. I’ve always wanted a bigger penis, and the thought that I could manually enlarge my member was very appealing. But, I have a very bad personality trait; I’m not a disciplined person at all. I’m a musician and I practice guitar up towards 12 hours a day if I’m up to it, but other days I won’t touch the thing. This applies to everything I do, when I feel like it, I will emerge myself completely for hours or even days, but when I don’t feel like it, I’ll just sit on the couch and drink coffee. On top of this, it’s extremely hard for me to follow any kind of routine. Really, no matter what it’s been, I haven’t been able to keep up any kind of regularity in any way, shape or form in any aspect of my life.
Anyway, I tried jelqing along with some half-assed stretches following a routine - also half-assed. Guess what; for two months I saw no gains. My dick was still in between 15 and 16 cm BP on the ruler. This didn’t really put me off in any way - from what I had read, it really seemed manual PE was possible, and I blamed my poor work ethic.
Then, while browsing Thunder’s I read Bib’s LOT-theory, and into my head sprung the idea of doing no jelqing, and instead focusing entirely on stretching the ligaments. This was three weeks ago.
Since then, my routine’s been very simple: I take a bath everyday, warm up my penis with the shower until it feels elastic and workable, then I stretch down in an angle were I only can feel the stretch in the ligaments (as recommended). I pull the penis lightly so that it’s at it’s maximum natural length, and then I pull a little further than that 10 times, each pull lasting no more than 1 second. Then I reheat and do it again and again until the ligaments feel worked - not sore, but worked. If they are sore the next day, I know I’ve been too rough and take the day off.
That simple. I don’t know how many times I do it, or how many piss-pulls I do beside that. I haven’t written anything down - I’m just going with the “ligs-are-now-worked”-feeling, and that’s it.
Again, this is about as much structure as I can handle right now, and I know it’s not a permanent solution if I want to continue seeing gains, but at the moment, I AM seeing gains. Before starting the only-stretching-ligs routine, my penis was between 15 and 16 cm BP on the ruler. Now it’s between 16 and 17, and approaching 17. Again, that’s in three weeks.
That’s a difference. It’s not just a difference I can measure, it’s also one that I can see. The feeling I get, when I know I can do something so half-assed, and with so little effort and still see gains, is amazing.
Anyway, I’d recommend anybody new to PE who like me is über-bad at following a routine, to try out what I’m doing. If it doesn’t work, I’m sorry, and you should probably try out a more structured approach. I for one know that when I stop gaining from this less-than-ideal routine, I’ll have the confidence to try disciplining myself towards are more structured one. But until them, I’m just happy it’s working. :)
PS: I’ve been doing kegels for quite a few months now, and I’ve been doing fowzers when I feel like it (IE: Half-assed.) :)
