The only thing that bothered me reading your story is the same that Yoshi44 commented about. If i’m not wrong, boys at the 6th grade in USA (I’m brazillian) are like 11 or 12 years old. Man, even for a grown man a 6” FLACCID cock is REALLY big, not common at all.. A grown man with a 8” FLACCID cock is huuuuuuge, a monster. Simplegain, I don’t feel like you’re calling me a liar. I know 8” is huge, and especially on a young man. Fact is that I went all the way through high school with these guys and most of them were between 6 & 8” when they were in the 6th grade. Once again, most were closer to 6 than 8, but there was a fair share of them at 8” and over. I’ll never forget, when I was in the 8th grade, there was a 7th grader who was hung almost to his knees and he was near as big around as a coke can. I often wondered if he had enough blood in his system to actually get that monster hard. There was only a few of us who never did grow, unfortunately I was one of them. But thanks to Thunders Place, I’m finally changing that.

I think you were experiencing a skewed perception due to your insecurities.It’s a pretty common psychological occurrence. For example if a guy has issues regarding his height he will perceive most of the people he meets as taller than him. I’m with the people before me, there is very little chance those kids were 8” flaccid and even 6” seems unlikely.

Well, I don’t have any pictures to prove it but that’s the way it was. It’s alright with me if you don’t believe me or trust my judgement. OP I must say your story gives me the weirdest sense of depression/confidence I’ve ever felt. You see im 5.5 with 4.25 inch girth, a scared virgin of course. I don’t care about my length, but my girth is so small it makes even my small dick look like a pencil. I swear I read people talking about having 5 inch girth being average and small when I’m practically a full inch around smaller. But you also gave me confidence with your gains, thanks for sharing. Any tips that really helped with girth? I jelqed/stretched for 2 months with about .5 cm gains (.2 inches) of length but zero girth not even a milimiter and lost it after a week of not jelqing and I havent done it since. I suppose sticking to a routine would be the best. These measurement are super super Bone pressed btw, not a natural 5.5

Hey squatsandoats, I don’t know for sure which exercises I did that impacted my girth. When I measured and noticed an increase it was in both girth and length. I can tell you that I do the following exercises and they do produce results, but you have to do them consistently (I’d almost say obsessively).

I always warm my penis up with a heated rice sock for about 10 minutes. Then I’ll do various types of stretches (the ones I’ve found on this and other PE forums). I incorporated doing a bundled stretch after a few months of the newbie routine (that’s where you twist your penis and then pull on it). After stretching I’ll do between 100 and 200 very slow wet jelqs at about 20% erection (about 5-7 seconds per jelq) and do a kegel at the beginning of each jelq to pump more blood into the penis. Between each 50 jelqs I do 50 V-jelqs. For the first 20 V-jelqs I hold a kegel, do a kegel between each of the next 10, then hold a kegel for the last 20. Next I’ll to between 50 and 100 wet jelqs at about 80% erection (about 3 seconds per jelq). Sometimes I’ll ad some more V-jelqs but not too often. If I have time I’ll do some Horse 440 Squeezes and some Sadsak Head exercises. I try to work up to the edge before each Horse and Sadsak Head exercise so that I have a lot of blood in my penis. After all these exercises I warm down with a heated rice sock or hot shower. I do this 3 days on, 1 day off, then 2 days on and 1 day off (makes a full week).

Often when I go to bed I’ll do some simi-erect shaft bends and various stretches.

I did try hanging for about 4 month but never gained a thing doing that. Quite disappointed with the lack of results there. It was quite a time investment and after reading all the success stories for those who hang, I felt like I had wasted a lot of time. But there is a great lesson learned here. What works for some, doesn’t always work for others!! Everybody’s body responds differently. I have decided that I’ll do a routine for a few months and as long as I’m seeing results, keep doing it. If I don’t see results, change it up. I had great results doing the newbie routine and I probably should have stayed with it. I still do most of it now with some slight modifications and a few added exercises.

I’m just now starting to do a 6 week on, 1 week off routine schedule. I believe that taking some time off from PE allows the penis to heal up (and thus show some growth). All my routines are inspired by the experts who have posted their success stories here at Thunders. Keep consistent and committed about exercising and don’t give up or put in a half-assed effort. Also don’t expect to see results without putting some time. It can take years to reach your goals. I’ve experienced good progress in the year that I’ve been doing this but I’m still well short of my goals. I think it’s a good idea to only measure once a month or less. Not everyone agrees with that but I get excited when I see noticeable growth (at least 1/8 inch). If I measured every day it wouldn’t seem noticeable to me, even though there is growth over time.

Good luck and keep positive. Read the forums regularly for inspiration. This has changed my whole outlook on life (I know that sounds a bit extreme but in a way, it has).

Thanks WantToBeThick. I have noticed that I’m a bit long winded when it comes to posting. I guess it’s my lifelong desire to be a novelist that takes over when putting my thoughts to ink (so to speak). Glad you were able to suffer through it and enjoyed it. Yes, my wife is truly amazing, for the most part. She’s very understanding and that counts for a lot.

Good story. I turn 50 in a few weeks and have experienced some decent gains also. There could be an advantage to being older when starting PE.

Best post I’ve read on here so far. I commend you and it feels good to know that I’m not alone in this. I congratulate on the great gains. I’m new myself and really know nothing about PE. I’ve watched several videos and tried couple exercises but that’s about it. You got some great gains that I really wish to get. Any routines or advice you can give man that is in the same shoes you were in? I’d really appreciate it

Great thread, and I completely sympathize with original poster. I had my confidence wrecked by two women with off hand comments. I went for years thinking I was larger than average, based on experiences with a number of women. I’d bottomed some out, left some hurting the morning after, been told to slow down, had eyes pop open.. And then bam two women managed to wipe all that out. Although I do think the emotional effect it had on me was made worse by the fact that these two women were my wives. If they were women I was just dating or having sex with, probably wouldn’t have bothered me at all.
