My Story, Plan, Hopes, and Questions.

Hello all,

I got into PE a few years ago for a few months and quit after no gains. About 9 months ago, I got back into it and made some okay gains. 0.75 inches BPEL and approximately 0 MEG. This makes me approximately 4.7 inches in NBPEL and 4.5 inches in MEG. I have been using a manual routine thus far that’s approximately 4 days a week, 1 day on 1 day off, for ~1.5 hours of training per day.

I got into PE because my penis is small. It was about 4 inches long and 4.4 inches in girth. I have seen a lot of guys naked over the years and they’re all so much bigger than me. I struggle to make women moan and orgasm. I slip out a lot. I worry that any significant other I have will always be fantasizing about bigger cocks. My current girlfriend never says the sex was great. She doesn’t initiate often at all. She told me her exes called her a nympho because she craved sex and wanted to do it all the time. And how she’d have sex with them 2-3 times a day. It’s nothing like that at all with me. She’s still in her early 20s and those exes weren’t far in the past so it’s not like much has changed with her physiologically. I become so jealous and insecure in the relationship because I feel every other man in the world can satisfy her more and she desires that kind of sexual experience. I hide it well but it still crushes me inside.

I just want to get to 6 inches in NBPEL and 5 inches in girth. That would be a total of 2 inches in length gains and 0.5 inches in girth. That would be average and maybe even above average depending on the study.

I understand girth generally pleases women more than length, but I have chosen to work on length first due to claims that it can be harder to gain length after gaining girth. I am not interested in debating this topic as I’ve decided this is the best long term route for me. It is going to be very hard knowing my girl wants more girth but I may not do any girth work for another 1 year+. But I have to do what is best long term.

Here is my plan:

I am going to do extensive hanging with the Bib Starter for the next several months. I work from home and have privacy so hopefully I can get up to 4 hours of hanging a day (12 x 20 minute sets). I am going to study and learn everything I can about hanging to give myself the best chance for gains. Then once I hit the 6 inch length mark I will re-evaluate and decide whether or not to keep hanging or to transition to girth.

Once I hit my length goals I will begin clamping and supplement it with whatever is needed to gain at least 0.5 inches in girth. Possibly adding in a cock ring, pumping, etc.

Regarding my plan, do you think it is a good plan? Would you do anything differently? Do you believe I can achieve my goals?

I am worried that some people just don’t gain much, especially in the girth department. I am hoping with the proper education and commitment that I can reach my goals, and in a reasonable amount of time (1.5 years from now).

As you can see, my penis size has truly damaged my confidence. Imagine everyday when you look down to pee you are reminded of your inability to please women. Yes I do make my girlfriend orgasm quite often, but it’s only in a certain way and I know she does not love the sex. Other new women would certainly find my penis disappointing when removing my pants for the first time. I understand I have psychological issues around sex and it will take more than PE to fix them, but I know that I am small and women are more pleased with a larger penis. I want to fix that, because other than this my life is pretty good. I am a well-liked person with a good social circle and an overall successful life. But I don’t know if I can manage a relationship forever with the belief that she will never be truly satisfied and will always be craving bigger dick. Since this post is directed more towards experienced PEers, and I have 100 post count, and I have been a member for years, if a mod wouldn’t mind moving this thread to the “Penis Enlargement” forum it would be greatly appreciated. And if I reach my goals I will forever give back to all of you guys.

I'm no expert - Self-confidence first

I’m worried more on reading your post about your psychological well-being than I am your penis size.

Others may comment on your routine and provide advice, I’ll focus on something else, while letting you know what I’m doing.

My routine is lengthening + thickening at the same time with a goal of: (1) At least 8+ hours per day in an ADS (all day stretcher), (2) At least 4 sessions of clamping at 15 minutes per session and at least 400 jelqs per day. Without the effort, no gain!

As for the focus, why don’t you look into ways to get comfortable with what you do have? There are plenty of posts on this site, and educational videos online, that will help you better sexually satisfy someone with what you do have versus needing a giant cock. If you get that size, but you’re still not comfortable with yourself, it won’t help. The penis is generally not the key to orgasm, it’s the fingers, mouth and tongue..

I am trying to be okay with what I do have. But when my girlfriend’s vagina feels loose and there are several positions I’m not long enough to do, and it’s hard to get a good thrust because I don’t have a lot of length to work with, it makes me want to get to a more reasonable size. I am quite obsessed with penis size. I think many on here are. But I do think when I reach measurements that are closer to average it will help my psyche a lot. My current length is 4.6 inches NBPEL, and MEG 4.5. I just hope with the proper commitment I can reach my goal of 7.5x5 (BPEL), which is approximately 6x5 (NBPEL).

7 BPEL or NBPEL?

Dude listen to me. You have a great penis. I would pay a million dollars to have yours. You can honestly please almost any woman in the world if you have the right confidence, technique, stamina, and dominance. This might sound hypocritical since I am on the same journey as you, but if you can’t be comfortable with that penis, no size will do it for you. You have psychological issues from seeing people in porn and being told your whole life by girls that the bigger the dick the better. You can have 99% of girls fall deep in love with you for a lifetime with that penis if you have the person to match.

You’re right, for sure.

I am no expert either, what I can tell you is you should start with low weights and wait for gains, they will come. As for hanging, imo, you have to take advantage of low weights as much as you can, Bib said so as well.

Also, try and master the ADS type routine, do ocasional manual stretches whenever you can, and, imo, Watch for your most responsive to stress Angle, you should start SD/BTC at most as a beginner like Bib said, somehow the ligs develop “better?” in that angle, at least for a beginner it is said, and the ligs somehow are Very important for further gaining throughout the penis/tunica/whatever else is stretching there…I strongly feel this is true from my experience and others I read here on these forums as well! Try to stay at one single angle for 2-6 months and watch your measurements.

Another thing that I would advise anyone to do as a beginner, don’t measure too often except if you “feel” you’re “growing”, it will possibly turn you down a bit when not seeing the results you expect, but constant bpfsl check ups should be in your schedule as well, I do so as well…Watch for your BPFSL maximums after you hang your heaviest weight/lowest weight/first thing in the morning with no stretches(probably the “legit” measurement)/measuring in the morning after a few stretches and what not, for me this is important because when I see a significant increase in my bpfsl after a heavy set, I will strive to keep my penis stretched as much as I can throughout the day, and the next day maybe with not such a high weight and more ADS/ADH…

Be confident about it, there’s nothing to worry about anyway. You WILL “grow”, whether it is a lot or a little you have to find out! The penis can’t beat gravity/force/etc, I am no physician or doctor or anything, I am just saying, so take all this “with a grain of salt” as they say…

BTW, good idea with the cock ring it will maintain your hanging gains I guess, I do so myself. You have a good plan, you will develop a better one IMO through time because that’s what PE does to you I guess:) ). Hope to see you report some awesome progress, my guess is that 6inches nbpel could be attainable for you in less then a year.

Also, I would recommend kegels/reverse kegels/reverse front kegels, find out how to flex them accurately and do so every day maybe. And also(i use the word also too much sorry), work out/do yoga/stretching any type of physical activity, I strongly believe it has more to do with PE than it sounds like.

So you are a firm believer in supplementing ADS usage with hanging? You believe it makes your deformed tissue heal in an elongated state?

Do you have advice on how to hang at low weights for as long as possible? At some point my penis will get tougher and low weights won’t bring me to fatigue. I’m curious of how to extend that timeframe of low weight.

So far I only hang SD. I don’t really understand BTC hanging. I have never seen pictures/video nor from how I imagine it do I think I’d be able to do work on my computer while in that position.

When I start with different angles I really need to monitor my results and see what is getting me the best growth. Thanks for that.

I am going to measure every 2 weeks. This is important to analyze data. I won’t give up.

I’ve never used a cock ring for hanging nor have I ever planned on using one. I thought that was used more in conjunction with girth exercises. I would lean towards an ADS to supplement hanging.

Appreciate you taking the time. Let’s continue this dialogue. I want to learn as much as I can about hanging. I have done a lot of research and have my own thread on Bib’s forum. I’ve asked him several questions as well. But only a week into hanging so I’m still new.
