My story
Hello everyone. I’m 17 years old. I’m from Ukraine and I have low English level, sorry in advance:)
My height is 185 cm, weight is 100 kg. I go in for sports in the gym.
I want to describe my little PE-road. I started do it in 2019. I was doing PE exercises for 1-2 months and took the next results : BPEL 14.5 -> 16.6, EG didn’t change :(
And now, I have such parameters : BPEL - 16.6, EG-11.5, 12(near the head), BPFSL - 16.6-16.8.
Guys, can you steer me in the right direction and give some recommendations? I understand that the emphasis should be on stretching, am I right?
My points is 18.5-19 BPEL and 14 EG.
