My vein burst yesterdag while doing some horses… Now I am angry at myself… It’s one vain that has burst - and now it’s a large blue area of blood surrounding it. But my question is actually - how long do I have to wait before it’s save to start PE’ing again? The bruse is not a problem - as long as my vein has healed, I think!? Any opinions?

I would seriously consider taking 2 or 3 months (or longer) off from PE. Once it’s healed up, take some more time off. Then, you can start over on a clean slate, and start slow enough to avoid such an injury. Good luck on your recovery.
Sorry to hear about your setback, Langmann. The best advice that I could tell you is to take some time off to let yourself heal before resuming PE again. As for how long it would take, I really don’t know.

I’ve you didn’t do a hot wrap warming up do so next time or one extra just before the horses. You can also condition your dick some more for like 1-2 weeks by heavy jelqing.
