I believe the frequency for that routine was there with the routine itself, but the common way of doing it in the beginning is 2 days on, 1 day off.
Start by doing it couple of weeks and then start increasing stretching and jelqing time, for example 5 minutes to each week. After you have followed the routine consistantly for couple of months and your penis has conditioned a little bit, you can start applying more advanced exercises. You’ll find these on the forum by doing a search or going thru the glossary.
For now, read, read and read some more. Knowledge is power, this applies especially well in PE.
By the way… How old are you?
"Be aware that there are several schools of thought here as well. Some seem to go with the hard and heavy approach. The sessions are brutal. Always listening to what their member is saying while massaging it gently and singing to it with a soft voice.
