Hi all, i registered yesterday and this is my first post on this or any other PE forum, so a big hello to you all.
I’ve been thinking PE for a long time, but i finally decided to go for it, especially since i’m 5.5 in lenght(erect).
Anyway, my biggest concern is understaing how excercises work. Alhtough i’m not native english speaker, i can understand general talk, but when it comes to understanding the routines i get confused. So, i was wondering if there are any pictures somewhere for the streching and other stuff.
My second question is about my routine. Since i’m just getting ready to start, i don’t know what to do. I understand how kegels work, tried them yesterday, my muscle is really weak :(
I also tried streching, and i’m not quite sure if i did it right due to my lack of understaing. I grabed my penis just under the head with ok grip, palm facing down, and pulled it. after few pulls, head of the penis changed colour, one part of it became pale, and other very brown (guess that’s from a blood or smth). Then i got scared and stopped the process. ( i did a warm up first). So my question about this is can I hurt my self?
What kind of routine would u suggest toa n00b? My first goal is to reach 6” mark in the next few months, should i only do streches or what? If streches are the most helpful ting, how should i perform them? Do you strech your penis to a point when it becomes painfull or not? For how long do you hold your strech? how many repetitions?
One more question, I know you are going to laugh at me, what is a girth? Is that how thick the penis is when u measure it all around or what? If i’m correct, then my penis is really thin, so i would need some help there to.

anyway, enough for the first post, sorry for all the n00b crap and a long post, but I’m really desperate to increase my size, especially since the last girl i had sex with said I had a small penis in front of 20 people and that really knocked down my confidence(if i had any).

Welcome to the forum. When you get a chance do read the Forum Guidelines we tend to avoid the n00b kind of thing around here. One reason is to make it simpler for people to read if English isn’t a mother tongue.

Try reading the PE FAQ and the PE Glossary. We use a lot of terms that will be explained here and make the posts easier to read.

The Newbie Routine is a great place to start.

And you might consider requesting a mentor to help you through the early stages.

If you carry on doing kegels your muscle will get a lot stronger. Try doing them when you are at yor computer or anywhere, you don’t have to be in private :)

The grip sounds good. Try to put most pressure on the sides of the penis. Your head will become red and maybe a light purple. If it gets blue you should worry.

Guide yourself by how your penis feels. PE should never cause pain. Your penis can withstand having the circulation stopped for a while. Watch out for the nerves on the top side of the penis. Don’t pull too hard, pull with enough strength to extend the penis as far as it will extend and then reduce the pull a little.

Jelqing is probably the most important exercise to master and it takes a while to get the hang of.

many of us did basic jelqing and basic stretching for the first months before moving on to more advanced exercises. If you have a look at ‘tutorials - Gandolf’s videos’ you will find jelqing and stretching as a video demonstration. In the Newbie Forum you also can find a ‘Newbie Routine’. I suggest to stick with it for a while and get more knowledge by reading regular postings.
Girth means the circumference of an erect penis. Take a string to meassure it midshaft.

Here, I just want to give you a warm welcome! I understand how difficult it is for you to publish your first post especially as a non-English speaker. Don’t worry about you English. Many of members here like myself are not native English speaker. Once you understood the meaning of some specific terms of PE, you would feel better and better.
The most important thing is that you have come to a right place! We have many wonderful members here who would always like to help others to achieve their dreams of owning a big dick. Don’t give up and dedicate to it, and you can finally get what you want!

I might not be the best person to advise as I come between a newbie & senior in PE. The way I do the stretching ‘grip’, I would pull the foreskin back so that there is no creasing of foreskin under your grip (if uncut). Stretch your index finger & thumb & “wrap” the extended skin (between index finger & thumb), into the ridge, just behind the glans. Now close in the O grip just at the ridge so that your grip fits exactly into the ridge behind the head.

This method of gripping reduces the relative slip between your hand & your glans. If your head is not very big you might notice that your hand is slipping slightly. So after a while release the grip, allow blood to flow back (possibly slapping against your thigh) & grip again.

Thank you all for your warm welcome and your posts. I found the videos and read some usefull stuff u guys replyed, so I’m starting my excrecises tomorrow. I get the whole deal now, so i wont’ post any more stupid questions :)

anyway, i hope this will help me in my quest as i hope it will help all of you to gain some inches.

So much from me for now, I’ll post some reults(positive i hope) within a month or two.
