Need advice ASAP from knowlegeable vets
I am brand new to PE and I am mainly interested in gaining girth. I’d like to hear from someone who has seen great gains on what I should be doing as a brand new beginner. For example if someone could give me a plan like: 1. Do “X” exercise for “Y” amount of minutes for “Z” amount of days, then increase to “YY” amount of minutes after “ZZ” amount of days, etc. Ideally I’d like to hear from someone who had gains within the first few months. I understand gains don’t come super quickly but there has to be the right way to do this to get this quickest possible gains. I know it’s not a sprint but a marathon but you can still see gains quicker depending on what you do, how often you do it, and the techinques you use, etc.. Please let me know! Also what is the absolute best lubricant to use for exercises that require it?
