Hey Everybody. I”ve been lurking for almost 3 months and have decided I need to post to find a better direction concerning my PE. I started PE when I came across another website with stretching and jelqing (can’t remember the name of the site). Finally, I came across this site which offered allot more detailed information on PE. I did PE for about 3 weeks before starting the actual newbie routine. First, I started just jelqing when I was bored or felt like masturbating. I noticed a pretty good increase in erection status and this is what excited me to continue because I’m not well hung and like every other man I wanted a larger penis. Once I started the newbie routine (3 weeks after my masturbation/jelqing) I noticed I was coming with even better gains (around 1/2 length and 1/4 girth). *This is where the problem begins. As a newbie, I was confident that I had conditioned my penis enough and should try clamping ( 5 weeks after starting PE). I continued with the newbie routine 3 days on/ 1 day off, with adding 3x 5-8min. Clamping sessions while clamping every other day( maybe clamping 3 days a week tops). At that point I had seen even bigger gains and a massive erection. I was confident with where PE was taking me and happen to just meet a new girl in my life. *This is where the problem comes to surface. I noticed one evening we were together and I couldn’t get an erection. I thought maybe this was due to the heavy consumption of alcohol ( I’m sure the booze had some impact). I brushed it off that evening with only to find the next time we where together it happened again! WTF I thought, this chick probably is getting turned off by my limp penis. Finally, I realized the alcohol was playing a small role in this erectile dysfunction problem because we managed to have pretty good sex a few times after this while I was not intoxicated. All the while, I’m still doing the newbie routine, clamping, and started ballooning after a few a my newbie sessions. So I clamped last weekend and noticed somewhat of a uncomfortable pain down on the left side of my penis near the base. Not really painful, but enough for me to take the clamps off in fear. Then, my next jelqing session I felt this pain again. It’s not really pain, It’s more of a lingering uncomfortable feeling between my scrotum and base shaft on the left side ( left side me looking down at my penis). Also, I noticed mid-shaft on the left side there is somewhat of a bump. I can’t tell if this is skin or possibly thrombosis vein. That part doest hurt though, just the area between the scrotum and base shaft ( almost feels like the spermatic cord area?). Anyway, now I’ve stopped clamping and jumped back to the newbie routine in the last week. *The Problem* This last week I’ve been observing my penis and have noticed my erections are somewhat weaker, I can’t hold my erections long at all (possible erectile dysfunction or impotence), the pain is still lingering on my left side(** I notice the pain more when doing kegels sometimes), and I’ve lost about half my gains. Now I’m scared that I have damaged my penis. Do you guys think it’s possible to have permanently damaged my penis in this short of time? I was only clamping for a month. I know I should take a break definitely from PE until my member is feeling strong and erectile again. How long should I break? Is there any methods to help my penis heal quicker? How long should I wait to see a doctor? I am a 23 year old male and should be at my prime sexually and am willing to give up PE as long as it takes to feel strong again. Also, is it normal for my erections to feel this way since I’ve conditioned my penis? The reason I stuck with clamping is because I noticed my penis erections where ultra strong in the beginning and there was great gains. Now it seems I can’t even hold the erection for more than 10 seconds without being continually stimulated. Should I still do kegels to cure the impotence even though I notice the uncomfortable pain more while doing kegels? I know this is a long post and I hope some of you experienced members can guide me to getting better. Ultimately, I wish for my erections to get strong and hope to continue PE (with the newbie routine only for starts) when everything seems normal again. Any feedback appreciated.

First of all I am going to tell you what any other vet on this site would. YOU TOOK THINGS TOO FAST! 5 weeks of newb routine and then clamping??!! Your dingy isn’t god you know. Anyways my advice is don’t do any form of PE/masterbation for at least 2-4 weeks if not more until it heals. If things don’t seem to be getting better after lets say 3 weeks of rest see a doc. Or then again you could just see a doc now and he’ll probably tell you to take a rest from sex, PE, masterbation just like I did.

Take a break, take a break, take a break.

Did you ever pump up a bicycle tire too much and the tube got a sort of distended hernia on it? That’s what you did to your dick. You over extended. I’m convinced that a large number of clamping injuries result from the herniation of fascia (the sheaths that keep your various kinds of tissues seperated). You should now apply light, healing massage to the area using healing oils- I’d go for flax oil daily after taking a hot shower. I’d do this for however long it took you for this compromised area to stop being painful and for your regular erections to return. Then, having noted how long a time this took, I’d continue the break past this time for the same amount of time that it took “normalcy” to return. All the while I would administer healing agents of a non-PE variety to my dick. Watch your diet. Get some exercise. Do all the stuff that the body needs when it heals.

If you ever want to really be able to work up to some higher intensity jelq’ing or even clamping again, you’re going to have to TOTALLY heal this herniation and make sure you are MUCH better prepared when you approach this kind of work in the future.

Take this as your warning- everything the VETS are saying to you about the value of the newbie routine and being patient and intelligent is PURE GOLD. Hopefully you’ll be able to heal, recuperate, be wiser for your experience, and come back off of the ropes to build a monster dong!

I would also highly reccomend suspending masturbation and sexual activities until you’re past the initial phases of healing this up. It WILL help.

Impotence and erectile dysfuncion are the same monster,Dude! You over did it, stop for a month and ease back into the newbie routine and don’t clamp tell you are conditioned enough,say about six months from the time you begin the newbie routine again.

Thanks for the advice guys, I guess I’m just a little scared that I can’t achieve the powerful erections I had last month or even regular erections I had in the past. I just hope it’s not permanent and I can go back to making love to my girl the way I did before. So, I decided I’m going to break from PE for at least one month even if it’s better sooner.

One last question, you guys think the kegels would be worth doing in the mean time to help erection? I just met this girl and I really like her and don’t want to not have sex with her completely, but I will limit my time with her to encourage healing. Without acting strange, I’m probably going to have to tell her what I’m going through and just hope she understands. Sounds weird, but I think she knows something is up anyway because when I first met her I was still in prime with my tool and now it’s been weak the last few sex sessions. Anyway, kegels good idea or strictly nothing?

Based on my experience with what sounds like exactly the same injury, I wouldn’t count out kegeling, but I would keep it very light and to a minimum.

As for the chica, just make sure that during this interval you lather her with all the foreplay and sexual attention you can. Finger fucking followed by a quicky with the ole’ pecker could be a helpful option. Back before I had any control with my cock I used to bang a girl into oblivion using three fingers in their best approximation of a cylinder. You can knock a chica right out of the park with this one.

I would, however, definitely try and give your dick as much of a rest during the first part of your heal-up as is possible.

Also, don’t forget the flax oil- in the refrigerator section of a Whole Foods store. It is perhaps the BEST healing agent for this kind of fix-up I’ve ever encountered. I would reccomend both massaging pecker with it and also taking it internally a little higher than the reccomended dosage.

Good luck with it man. Be patient, the rest of your PE career (and for sure your pumping/girth career) just might depend on it. Just as in a hernia, this CAN truly heal but the LAST thing you want here is a re-injure. Peace.
