Need Guidance For All Day Extenders and Countering Turtling
Hi, I started PE back in 2014 for the first time when I came across pegym, which apparently doesn’t exist anymore. Its when I first discovered things like BPEL and so forth.
I did the JP90 Routine, followed everything to the T, including warm ups, etc (safety first!). I can’t recall exact starting measurements but mt BPEL was about 4.05in and my EG like 3in I think. Well low and behold I amazed myself, I ended up getting 5.7in BPEL and about 0.5in gained in EG, my penis also got midly darker (which I am okay with), more veins, stronger EQ, etc. Eventually I added weights to the routines. But this was all over a couple months, maybe 1 year or less before I stopped.
During the whole time the one thing that never changed, which ultimately has always bothered me was the damn flaccid state! I have the so called "grower" penis. My flaccid state is very fluid depending on temperature and psisiological state (anxiety, tired, etc.). But it’s usually 2in or less, with the EG being less than previously stated, almost like it shrinks back on itself up until the glands.
During certain moments it can get to below 1in, especially since now I am on adderal (but obviously the length is temporary). I recently tried the stealth innerwear, but it my dick somehow shriveled itself out of it, when I found a way to make tighter padding, I don’t know it felt like my dick was turning a bit blue-ish.
I want to get back into jelqing, etc to break 6in BPEL, and get way bigger Girth. I want to focus this run more on girth, but also on that damn flaccid state.
Just for reference, I don’t know if this matters or affects things. But I have Grade 3 Varicocele in my left testicle, and I also believe I may have nutcracker syndrome (which causes the Varicocele).
