Hi, I started PE back in 2014 for the first time when I came across pegym, which apparently doesn’t exist anymore. Its when I first discovered things like BPEL and so forth.

I did the JP90 Routine, followed everything to the T, including warm ups, etc (safety first!). I can’t recall exact starting measurements but mt BPEL was about 4.05in and my EG like 3in I think. Well low and behold I amazed myself, I ended up getting 5.7in BPEL and about 0.5in gained in EG, my penis also got midly darker (which I am okay with), more veins, stronger EQ, etc. Eventually I added weights to the routines. But this was all over a couple months, maybe 1 year or less before I stopped.

During the whole time the one thing that never changed, which ultimately has always bothered me was the damn flaccid state! I have the so called "grower" penis. My flaccid state is very fluid depending on temperature and psisiological state (anxiety, tired, etc.). But it’s usually 2in or less, with the EG being less than previously stated, almost like it shrinks back on itself up until the glands.

During certain moments it can get to below 1in, especially since now I am on adderal (but obviously the length is temporary). I recently tried the stealth innerwear, but it my dick somehow shriveled itself out of it, when I found a way to make tighter padding, I don’t know it felt like my dick was turning a bit blue-ish.

I want to get back into jelqing, etc to break 6in BPEL, and get way bigger Girth. I want to focus this run more on girth, but also on that damn flaccid state.

Just for reference, I don’t know if this matters or affects things. But I have Grade 3 Varicocele in my left testicle, and I also believe I may have nutcracker syndrome (which causes the Varicocele).

PEgym still exists, it just changed it’s name to biohacker. I think the name change hurt them by the way — I actually wrote about 10 articles for them back in the day (12 years ago+) but they lost them when they updated their forum. Anyway, you’re in the right place already — Thunders in my opinion is the best forum (it has the most knowledgable members & the biggest community).

Now, about your turtling, I myself had acorn penis most of my life, but now I have an unusually large flaccid. It’s taken years of PE, but more importantly, at least for me, nothing really changed for my flaccid until I started pumping .. I suggest a water pump (it’s safer than an airpump) ,and while any brand might work, I use the bathmate pump. Be careful about pump sizing, make sure you get something compatible to get maximum benefit.

Every form of PE will helping with turtling too .. so ADS, Extender, manual, hanging I think it all helps, but for me, none of it did that much very fast.

After I had been pumping about 3 months, one day my wife randomly said "holy crap, your packge is huge!" and came up and grabbed me.. Pumping has made my package stay much, much larger.. My flaccid hangs usually 5.5" NBP and is far thicker now, and one day at the gym I thought it was odd a woman was starting at me, then I realized, my flaccid was very obviously showing through my sweats…

now: 7.625" BPEL, 5.5" MSEG, 6.5" BEG

I think thunderspace has been around since 2005, it was mentioned and referenced in pegym a lot when I started. I honestly didnt know or believed that PE was an actual/factual thing till 2014 when I stumbled upon it. Quite a crazy time 2014 was for me.

You said your flaccid was the size of an acorn, but mind if I ask, realistically what was it’s actual size? This here is a ~ 3D Model, it’s not done by me, I found it on Google image search, but damn is it realistic.

I think I’ll start back up with the JP90 Routine, to get back in the routine. I have an airpumo I bought months ago and didn’t use. I’ll also see how I can modify the steal innerwear I have so that it doesn’t become loose.

My main concern is knowing when I should take off the extender (stealth innerwear), because one time I think I made it a bit too tight and my glands/dickhead turned a bit blue, I wasn’t in pain though.

I also have a clamp, and a roller.

With that said, I am interested in Protocols and Routines. How many days a week, lenght of days in regards to my airpump, clamp, innerwear extender, and what should be warning signs to not proceed and stop (besides pain).

PS: I did purchase a waterpump years ago, but don’t have it anymore. To me using it was messy, I believe it was a bathmate.

Personally, I did the thunders place newbie routine twice (gaining over 0.33" the first time), and JP90 should work too (I’m familiar with it).

My flaccid size?

Then: it used to srink down to 1.5" or 2", something very tiny when I was younger & thin girth too.
Now: My flaccing is around 6" bone pressed flaccid length (5.5" non bone pressed), 6" base flaccid girth, and 5" midshaft.

Most of my flaccid gains have come post-pumping, but I definitely had some from a few years of hanging. As I said, all forms of PE will help your flaccid, although for me, pumping was vastly more effective than anything else (for flaccid gains).

Incredible! My flaccid is about the same, sometimes even going into 1in or below. I always thought my flaccid would never change or could, only the erect size. Not that I don’t mind the erect size, but having flaccid length like that would really improve my image! Now I wish I’d stuck with this since 2014. I just never really read about anyone with my flaccid size making those types of gains on flaccid.

I know I am in it for the long haul, but how long did it take you cumulatively speaking?
