Had trouble 5 years ago when I was 40 , could get hard but about 1-2 minutes into having sex would lose the erection . Started doing kegels randomly , no set routine , do them every second day , it`s a muscle you are dealing with and I reckon like any muscle needs time to recover ! Anyway after 1-2 months could see a big difference , still losing the erection from time to time but after 3 months never had a problem again . Do kegels now while clamped and get savage horns and refractory period , after the first 3 months Kegeling I would only be able to have sex 1-2 time a day , now recovery time is about half an hour and at it again :) .
You don`t have to spend a lot of time doing them , 5-10 minutes a day , be patient , you will not notice an difference straight away , as I said it`s a muscle and like any muscle needs time to develop ! 1 second x 100 kegels , 5 seconds x 25 kegels or 15 seconds x 15 kegels , they are all good , do them all the same day or just pick one and do it a 2-3 times !
