Need help, jelqing injury.
So, a month ago I started Jelqing, all was going well. I was doing 10 Minutes warm up, 20 minutes jelq, and 10 minutes warm down. I thought It would be fine even though it’s an intense workout. I was wrong, so very wrong.. I jelqed for a week and then stopped because of the loss of erections. It’s been three weeks now (or there about) and the erections has returned but I’ve noticed my penis is sort of ‘deformed’. The left side looks ‘bigger’ than before - girth wise - and the right look ‘deflated’ almost, I’m not sure. The right looks like it’s taking longer to fill with blood. Also, my penis has rotated/twisted towards the right. To show you what I mean, hold your ‘pointer’ finger out horizontally and flat. This represents a straight penis, now rotate your finger a few degrees to the right. That’s essentially what my penis looks like. When looks at in a mirror with an erection, instead of it looking like this | is looks like this /.
I hope I’ve explained the situation so that people can understand it.
So here’s my questions:
Should I rest? Just leave it alone and see if the ‘deformation’ gets any better?
Should I jelq with a specific hand to even it out? Does Jelqing with the right hand work the right side of the penis and does the left hand work the left side? (Sorry I’m very new to all this.)
What are some healing tips?
