So, a month ago I started Jelqing, all was going well. I was doing 10 Minutes warm up, 20 minutes jelq, and 10 minutes warm down. I thought It would be fine even though it’s an intense workout. I was wrong, so very wrong.. I jelqed for a week and then stopped because of the loss of erections. It’s been three weeks now (or there about) and the erections has returned but I’ve noticed my penis is sort of ‘deformed’. The left side looks ‘bigger’ than before - girth wise - and the right look ‘deflated’ almost, I’m not sure. The right looks like it’s taking longer to fill with blood. Also, my penis has rotated/twisted towards the right. To show you what I mean, hold your ‘pointer’ finger out horizontally and flat. This represents a straight penis, now rotate your finger a few degrees to the right. That’s essentially what my penis looks like. When looks at in a mirror with an erection, instead of it looking like this | is looks like this /.

I hope I’ve explained the situation so that people can understand it.

So here’s my questions:

Should I rest? Just leave it alone and see if the ‘deformation’ gets any better?

Should I jelq with a specific hand to even it out? Does Jelqing with the right hand work the right side of the penis and does the left hand work the left side? (Sorry I’m very new to all this.)

What are some healing tips?

I would definitely not do any form of PE exercises. I would definitely leave it alone

When I first started jelqing I got injured perhaps in the second week if I remenber correctly. I had no erections and if I had I had them for 1 minute and then nothing. Pretty much I had no dick for three days. I rested, the pain in the base of my penis passed and my erections were normal again.

Except, when I had one if I was laying down, my penis was pointing to the left and felt soft to me full erected. My wife swore that my penis was very hard and felt bigger, but she noticed that it was looking a little different erect, always pointing to the upper left, not straight up as it used to point.

I continued jelqing and after 2 months my penis was a little bigger and started pointing straight up again. Maybe I pulled a ligament on the right side and that made my penis point left. I also had pain. Base of penis, right side and right cc.

Rest until your penis heals. To help it I always put it on my right side in my underwear. Glans facing right leg. I also massaged it a little where it hurt and I applied some heat every night before I go to bed.

Thanks! I have no pain that I can tell apart from a ‘shooting’ pain in the back of the head every so often. Thanks for the advice, I’m not sure if it’s continuing to rotate but I’m gonna keep an eye on it and if it doesn’t got better I’m thinking jelqing either with my left hand against the rotation or trying to ‘beef’ up the right side with my right hand and see how it goes.
