Need Help With A Plateu

Need Help With A Plateu

Hi guys ,

I am more than 4 months into PE and ive gained very well i am now standing at a measurement of : 7.125 inch BPEL

And from this point i didnt gain in length (and not in girth) .

My routine consists of :

55 second manual stretch each side x2

BTC stretch 30 sec x2

Flaccid bends 25 sec each side x1

No jelqs (i stopped the jelqing a few weeks ago)

Ive took a decon break and right now im on a break until the 21 (1 and a half week total).

I would be glad for help from you guys, what can i do the break this plateu and start gaining length again as i only need 0.875 inch to get to 8 inches and i really want to get there.

Is there something manual i can do to start gaining length?

I dont want to hang or mess with weights at this moment (want to save that to a later point in my pe career) ?

Thanks and have a good day .

It’s time to start adding sets. You’re gaining with really hardly much work at all. Add a set a week until your PIs drop. Make sure to use heat as well.

Started 5.5 x 4.2 Feb 2015

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth?

Goal 7.75 x 5.75?

Throw in some JAI stretches whenever you pee. 10-15 JAI stretches for 2 second holds. Also slowly increase your sets or time under tension like mentioned above. Just don’t move up to fast.

My advice is take a longer break, whatever you lose wasn’t really a gain but more of an increase in elasticity. A plateau occurs because your body adapts and the time it took to happen is usually the time it takes to unadapt. Increasing all the variables like time or how hard you stretch will just make your penis adapt more and it will get harder to match the amount of whatever variable you need to see a gains. So take a longer break like 3 months which is hard and go at it again, unless your going thorough puberty in which case I suggest consistency because your body is trying to grow and isn’t adapting as much.Just my thought but I really don’t know what I’m talking about just theories.

I think a 3 month layoff for someone who is only 4 months into a very mild program would be a bad idea. I think you would lose everything.

I think Steinroid’s right. I’d add some intensity, but I’d also do something like a 2 days on/one day off schedule. Varying the routine is a good idea too. But keep in mind that most people experience a period of rapid gains at the start, and then settle into a more stable pattern where gains are harder to come by, I gained 1/2 inch in the first month, but now, after more than 3 years, I’m happy with 1/4 inch a year.

Live long and prosper.

Steinroid and Erniebanks what do you guys think about the IPR method?

I forgot to add that i use heat (thought its obvious … 😁) for 7-10 minutes in the start and in the end of every session and also do the workouts by the 2 on,1 off technique.

Do you guys have any idea of anything i can add or remove from the program ?

You used to do 200 jelqs a session, why’d you stop ?

Starting (08/2011): BPEL 5.5, MSEG 5

Current (11/2018): BPEL 8, MSEG 5.75, BEG 6

200 and i got to the point i did 300 but didnt want to mess with this as im doing it in a small hot place where its hard to sit and do all those jelqs so i tried a stretch only routine.

With this routine you have very little time under tension. My personal opinion is that this routine may be effective for newbies and for newbie gains, but after some gains you need a bigger routine.

I dont know what flaccid bends are.
I think its too early to increase intensity, you need more time under tension. Record your total stretching time. Try to progressively increase the total time when you feel ready. Go from 15-20 mins to 25-30, to 30-40.

Success in all areas of life comes from the fundamentals. Very basic downward stretching with medium intensity for long periods of time should be your main focus.

Flaccid bends aka orange bends , stretches the tunica, works on girth
And what about BTC stretches man? You think i can add some morw of those ? They feel very good and i can really feel that stretch when im doing them , it feels like a very effective exercise.
And basically all i need to do is add a few minutes of stretching to my session ?

Yes BTC stretches are very effective, you should add more of those.

Exactly, you need more time under tension. I believe that its wrong to increase the intensity, before you increase the total stretching time. Thats because you will make the tunica stronger with more force and you will hit another plateau very fast. We want a longer tunica with the less toughening possible. Thats why the key is more time with moderate force.
