So I’ve been on and off with PE for a few years making very very minimal gains. Here I am though older and more dedicated to doing this at 22 years old. I do have an issue I would like to know if there’s a fix for.

My main concern with having any gains is due to my libido and my lack of morning wood. I’ve never had my testosterone tested but I’ve been on Escitalopram (Lexapro) for about 6 years. I’m not on a high dosage anymore, approximately 10 mg, but I haven’t had any morning wood since being on it. I did though have it regularly before I started the SSRI.

My other concern, which I know is directly related to the SSRI is my lack of libido. I’m never really horny unless I’m actually with a woman, and even then I’m not necessarily “in need” unless it’s in progress already. If I go 3-4 days without masturbating, then I can feel my libido raging but if I consistently masturbate for a few days in a row, then I could care less whether or not I have the opportunity to sleep with someone:

I’ve been looking into herbal supplements to combat my issues and I wanted to know what’s the general consensus to help aid in my situation? My main concern is that if I have no libido, and especially if I have no morning wood and in the past, it hasn’t improved as a result of PE, that it will negatively hinder my gains.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated because I’m seriously at a loss and my doctor insist on just weaning off the medication but even then she can’t guarantee my symptoms will improve immediately although nothing she would be permenant, as she states.

It sounds like you already know part of the solution. Try doing no-fap for a month just to see how it goes (only break it for sexual activities with a partner, whether that’s a hookup or someone your start seeing). If you watch porn I’d suggest cutting that out as well. I’m not sure what your routine is, but in my personal experience I’ve found that jelqing tends to be the best at inducing morning wood. You don’t need morning wood to make gains, but it is a good indicator that you’re on the right track with your routine. Additionally, you can change your diet to include more aphrodisiacs.

SSRI always induce low libido. Therefore you have to take Mirtazapinum (called Mirtagen in Poland) or similar drug too. It reduces negative results Escitalopram.

Necessarily vitamin K2+D3 min. 4000.

Warm food, sun, walking and effort. Ginger with green tea. Coffee must be boiled with spices. Avoid raw vegetables. No sugar.

The most important - to give up masturbation and porn for ever.

This help you to lose depression. But it is long-lasting process. When you feel better you can wean off medication and then resume PE exercises.
