Need help with shape

My penis has an uneven shape and it doesn’t seem to get any better. I dry jelg al the time to see if I get any better but it doesnt. My penis is thicker in the middle, while the glands and base are visibly smaller. What can I do to help the growth of other areas and even out my penis? Thanks in advance.
