I Ped for about 3 months. I saw minimal gains and I took an extended break for about 3 weeks. I’m gonna start Peing again. My main concern is Girth. I stretch about every day in the shower for about 5 minutes but I’ve barley seen any gains. I Jelq and do Horses when I feel like it, but I haven’t really gained so there is no motivation for me. I would appreciate if someone would give me some advice because I’m really trying to no avail. If anyone has had this problem Please give me your input. I would also like some good girth routines.

5 minutes? Times that by 10, then maybe you’ll start seeing gains.

Don’t do it in the shower or your water bill will be through the roof.

how often do you “feel like it”? I’m guessing that is your main limiting factor.

if you wanted bigger muscles would you go to the gym once in a while and then feel unmotivated as you saw no results? if you wanted to master calculus would you occasionally pick up a book and look at it for a few minutes and then since you didn’t know calculus stop reading because you saw no results?

as someone who was/is very skeptical about PE after having my hopes for an instantly bigger penis dashed numerous times I still struggle with sticking with a routine, but dedication and consistency is how you will see results.

If it is truly just girth you are after- stick with the jelqs and then when you are conditioned add some other girth excersizes.

I stretch for about 25 minutes. Damn hard too. Being going at it for well over a month. No gains though.

Japp do you think going for 50 minutes will really help? I mean for me or swingman(yes, I’m hijacking this thread!lol).

Furthermore, a lot of guys talk about the importance of applying heat to make the ligs more pliable. How else do you recommend maintaining a steady source of heat on your ligs? The heat lamp? Or do you think applying the hot damp cloth for 5 min before stretching is enough? Or do you think that heat is overated ? I use the shower method method myself.

Swingman, first of all, don’t be discouraged. PE is a way of life for a lot of us here. We jelq, stretch, hang, pump and a whole lot of other things. Some of us do this stuff daily, for hours and hours. I’ll be one to tell you man, this shit is time consuming. But it’s all about what you want and what you are willing to do to get it. So keep some hope in your pocket and do what must be done. You can do it man. Keep your chin. Happy gaining dude!
