Need Progression Advice and Encouragement!
Okay, I’ve tried PE’ing off and on for the last 2 yrs. The “off” periods are due to the fact that I haven’t made a single gain in length or girth and became frustrated and quit. After some recent thoughts about numerous “small dick” comments from former GF’s, now working with a real “size queen” coworker (no connection in any way, she is just constantly talking about the big ones she prefers), and the fact that my wife needs way more than I’ve got, I’ve decided to give it another try.
I lead an extremely busy life, and my wife constantly reminds me how “stupid” PE is and how I will injure myself, but I’m a bit more determined this time. I’ve been following the Newbie Routine for 3 months, working up to 200 jelqs along with the stretches, again not a single millimiter of gains! I generally follow the routine for 4-5 days out of the week. I have a Kaplan pump (not currently using) and am considering an ADS type device, maybe an Autoextender?
Should I slowly keep increasing the volume of the routine? Is progression that simple? Sorry to sound whiney, but I’ve become quite frustrated with this but am determined to continue and hoped you guys could provide some advice. Thanks in advance.
btw: Current stats—NBPEL: 5.85”, EG: 5.25”—>Is this really that small?!!
