Need Some Lenght

I’m a newbie that’s been PEing for three and a half weeks.. I need lenght over girth, my current erect lenght is 6,2’ and girth is 5,5’.. Would it be harmful for me to concentrate a little bit more on stretches even though I’m still not nearly over with my newbie routine?

I cannot see anything wrong with this personally, but you need to pay attention to how your member is reacting to this. Currently i have been PE’n now for about three months, and have just started hanging (after these three months my member should be ready for all of the new stress’s and sensations it shall feel). As I am also a length warrior like you ;) .

I do about 20 - 30 minutes of stretching a day now, as length is my goal. Rumors of girth gains hindering length gains worry me greatly.

Here’s a nice length routine that I found and have been doing, try it out:

Warm Up (5-10 minutes in bath/shower)

Stretch Up Straight 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Up Left 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Up Right 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
20 Upward Cranks

Stretch Straight Forward - 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Straight Left - 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Straight Right - 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
20 Straight Forward Cranks

Stretch Up Straight 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Up Left 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
Stretch Up Right 30 seconds (with 10 hard kegels during start)
20 Upward Cranks

TOW Stretch Straight Upwards - 30 seconds
TOW Stretch Straight Forward - 30 seconds
TOW Stretch Straight Upwards - 30 seconds
20 Upward Cranks

TOW Stretch Straight Upwards - 30 seconds
TOW Stretch Straight Forward - 30 seconds

5 Minutes Medium Intensity Jelqing
As many Supra Slammers as I feel like doing

Warm Down (5-10 minutes in bath/shower)

All in all it adds up to:
- 13.5 minutes of solid stretching
- 180 nice, hard kegels
- 180 Cranks

Basically it’s definitely a good idea to concentrate on lengthening exercises (such as stretching) _before_ committing to girth progress, because, generally speaking, several members, me too, deem working on a thin (low-girth) penis is better (it’s more easy, more “workable”, and involves a reduced effort) than doing the same on a fat one.
In other words, a sensitive girth’s increase could make more difficult the achievement of length’s increase; this seems not to be true for the opposite case.

how do you over do it?

Is 20 mins of stretching too much after 4 weeks of PE?


Start: 7.2" BPEL, EG = 5"

Current: 7 7/8" BPEL, 7" NBPEL, 8" BPFSL, EG(midshaft) = 5 5/8"

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"

Ok so now I am confused, is the newbie routine designed for girth not lenght, or is it designed to get your member ready for whatever path you decide to choose?
