Hoping it won’t add more than 5-10min to my daily routine because I don’t want PE to take over my life. After that I’ll work my way up. Oh also, I’m going to do one day on, one day rest, and so on.Does anyone think I’ll see any newbie gains from something as light as this? Also if showering does not make a good substitute for the warm-up sessions let me know. Thanks guys
Read up on the Negative Indicators when it comes to PE (should be in the newbie routine) - I would say stick to the routine as outlined in the guide and pay attention to those negative indicators to let you know when to take your foot off of the gas and take some extended rest. Judging from the way you’ve acted in in this thread there would be a possibility that sticking to a lighter weight routine might reduce the initial gains and you will become frustrated.
