Nervous About Whether I Should Try PE Or Not

Hoping it won’t add more than 5-10min to my daily routine because I don’t want PE to take over my life. After that I’ll work my way up. Oh also, I’m going to do one day on, one day rest, and so on.

Does anyone think I’ll see any newbie gains from something as light as this? Also if showering does not make a good substitute for the warm-up sessions let me know. Thanks guys

Read up on the Negative Indicators when it comes to PE (should be in the newbie routine) - I would say stick to the routine as outlined in the guide and pay attention to those negative indicators to let you know when to take your foot off of the gas and take some extended rest. Judging from the way you’ve acted in in this thread there would be a possibility that sticking to a lighter weight routine might reduce the initial gains and you will become frustrated.

The aim: to be unable to fit in a cigar cutter.

Do wet jelqing instead and don’t do any kind of stretches on the first 2 weeks.

Alright guys I just did my first session this morning while in the shower. Warmed up for a few minutes with a wrap first. Did about 30-40 wet jelqs using some conditioner I had with coconut oil in it as my lubricant. Erection level was like 40-50%. Didn’t put a lot of pressure while doing the exercises cause I didn’t wanna hurt myself, but I looked at the instructional video again afterwards and it looks like that guy was gripping wayyy harder than me.

I can’t say I felt anything after the session but that’s possibly because I didn’t do that many jelqs. Also I didn’t really feel like I was pushing my blood up to the head really.. Is the issue that my grip is too loose or is it that my dick was too soft? I read that newbies aren’t supposed to jelq over 50% which is why I was trying to be safe but I don’t feel like it was doing anything for me.

Also I read something about jelqing being more effective girthwise when your erection level is at like 80%. Should I do that instead? And if I do should I wait a few weeks before transitioning to that so my dick gets more conditioned first. Lmk guys thanks!

Edit: one more question.. Since I’m uncut does that affect the exercise at all? Should I pull the foreskin back while I jelq or not
