A bit of background: recently I got a gf and she told me I was huge, previous girls have told me the same so I have never felt insecure about my dick but out of curiosity I asked if I was the biggest she ever had and she said she had been with one guy before with more girth. I have never really felt insecure about my dick size before(I think I’m 7inches long, girth not sure, I measured my dick only once when I was like 15 and now I’m 20). Soooo I did some research and ended up here. The thing is I can’t decide if I should do this or not. Like I don’t even think dick size matters that much to girls. There’s so many reasons I feel like I shouldn’t try this: First of all my girl told me she likes my dick better anyways and she thinks it’s perfect. Also I’ve injured her during sex a couple times so like maybe being bigger wouldn’t be a good thing(she barely can fit me in her mouth, so being bigger would actually make blowjobs worse for me). Another thing I’ve read so many stories about people hurting themselves permanently. Currently with this girl I’m with is the first time in my life I’ve had a good and consistent sex life. I really don’t wanna compromise that. I know it’s supposed to be super unlikely if you are being safe but I just don’t wanna risk it. Last reason I’m apprehensive is because of how OBSESSIVE some of the people on this forum seem.. No offense but I can’t believe some of you have been doing this 10+ years. I just don’t wanna become like that.

Anyways I just wanted to put that all out there so maybe you guys could convince me why I’m wrong.. Otherwise I’m not gonna try this. Also I have a couple important questions:
How long do the ‘newbie gains’ last? I only want to do this for the minimal time possible, maybe 3 months max. If I gain a bit of girth in that time will it just be temporary? I don’t wanna have to keep doing this for years just to keep the gains.
Is there any way to avoid the spots on your dick and other side effects? There’s no way I’m trying this if it’s going to affect my sex life, I still gotta be able to have sex with my girl and I’d like my dick to look and function normal on a daily basis.
Lastly and Most Important: Has anyone ever felt their dick is less hard or something as a result of all the stretching? I get compliments on my dick being exceptionally hard and I don’t wanna compromise that. I’ve read a lot of stories about people jelqing and then the next day they feel like they can’t get fully erect. You have too many negatives in your head about PE, so even if you did try it you wouldn’t do it for very long. It’s like playing golf. You can learn it in a day but takes a lifetime to master. So I think it is not for you. You aren’t even interested enough to get an erection and measure your length.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

But hey you’re probably right that I wouldn’t do it for very long. It sucks, because I want the gains but I’m afraid what it will do to my mentality.. I don’t want dick size to be an important thing in my life because I have enough problems and insecurities as is, however by acquiring gains I would fix that insecurity.. But at the same time after doing these routines for a while I am likely to acquire an unhealthy fixation for the size of my penis, like most of the long time members here.. Why not try just for a few months. It’s not like you will grow a gigantic dick in two weeks. If you are lucky you can gain 1 cm length and maybe a couples of mm in girt in that time. Take it easy and do it for fun. And one more thing, you can do this without being obsessed. 20-30 min 4-5 times per week can give you the gains you want. But you have to be serious and do it right to get gains.

Take your bone pressed measurement and midschaft girt and share it with us. You might be bigger than 7 in.
I mean if your girl calls your dick huge I think you probably are bigger or she just wanted you to feel good.

Well if it’s possible to get some gains in just a few weeks I might be willing to try it out.. If I did try this out I would only want a little bit of girth gains tbh. Nothing too noticable. But most important to me is, if I’m doing just 20min a few times per week of jelqing or stretching or whatever, will I experience any side effects? I don’t want any red spots on my dick or anything like that. Also does it make it harder to get an erection because I want to be able to still have sex and be low-key about this(definitely not going to tell my GF that I am doing this)

There are a lot of info in this site, it’s not just about PE (length). You can just go for girth gain, or aim to have better boners.

You don’t have to be obsessive with this. If you spend 40 min per session and 4-5 sessions/week is less than 2% of time in a week. And to control the side effects, just read how to make the exercises right (normally, if you make excessive pressure you will have the red spots so the solution is simple).

I say don’t bother. Focus your energy on improving your problems and insecurities.

Alright well after pondering for awhile about it I decided I want to at least give this a shot.. So for the next couple weeks I’m gonna try jelqing, just to maybe increase my EQ and give me a little bit of girth. I’m gonna have a routine doing jelqs for 5-10min, 3-4 times a week.. Gonna start out at 5min a session then work my way up. I read that jelqing is better for girth when your at like 70-80% erection, is that true? I also read somewhere saying that when you’re less erect you’re less likely to hurt yourself. Lmk what you guys think

Also instead of doing the 5min warmup on my dick can I just use a shower as my warmup? If I’m gonna make this a routine I’d like to get it done while I’m in the shower so that it’s less time-consuming.

I have 1 last question I need answered before I actually try this: I’ve read stories about people who did jelqing for a while, and even though they got some increase in size they had less feeling in their erections, or they were slightly softer. I’ve also read people who said that thanks to PE they last longer in bed.. If this is one of the effects of jelqing I’m not really interested. Because when it comes to sex it often takes me a while to cum so, being longer lasting would actually hurt me.

So have any of you guys experienced that with jelqing? Was it only after doing it for a long time? PE is addictive because it’s joyful and really pleasurable. It’s mostly to increase EQ and stamina. Come back when you’re 40.

Alright so, I’m still kind of skeptical, but I figure the only way to figure out if this works or not is to try.. I take it I can avoid any side effects if I take it reallll slow. So for the first month I’m just going to start by doing a few manual stretches followed by dry jelqs(no more than 50-100) while I take my shower in the morning. Hoping it won’t add more than 5-10min to my daily routine because I don’t want PE to take over my life. After that I’ll work my way up. Oh also, I’m going to do one day on, one day rest, and so on.

Does anyone think I’ll see any newbie gains from something as light as this? Also if showering does not make a good substitute for the warm-up sessions let me know. Thanks guys
