Hi everybody!! I’m very happy to start this new adventure, I have read a lot on this wonderful forum during the last days, but I must say that I have a bit of confusion on some points, because the material and the opinions are a lot!

My initial measurements are

6.75’” EL BP

4.75” EG

I’m white, 24 years old, sportive. My unit is very healthy, yes nothing special in volume, but I can keep strong erections for hours, and control almost perfectly my ejaculation. ;)

I have just been doing my honest newbie routine for 2days, and I’m very curious to see what improvement I can achieve with some long time!

My goals are

7.25” EL BP

5.25 EG

I don’t want to check my measurements no more for at least 2months, as some members here said, because I don’t want to discourage myself if I don’t see gains! :)

I’m more interested in improving the girth, because my penis is more large than deep, seen from above! ;) But I still don’t know how to change progressively my routine in order to achieve such improvements… any advice please?

I’d like to know from you more experienced guys, which is accordingly to you the best hot wrapping way, I mean the way that is easier and more anonymous, and that does not make you lazy of doing it. And in which way you protect your testicles from excessive heat.

OK, last thing: about kegels, is bad doing them too often? Should I do them erected, semi-erected, at rest?

Idea on warm up

I was thinking about that:

We know that when we have erections and we are near to the topic moment, a great amount of blood is in our penis, and when we are excited infrared analysis shows that the most HOT ZONES of the body are the genitals, the lips, and so on…
So, why don’t we WARM UP with a low, soft massage-masturbation of 10 minutes, trying progressively to get near to the orgasm (but WITHOUT reaching it) and then letting the level of erection go down, to more indicated percentiles for starting jelqing?

People, what you think about that?

You know, I don’t think anyone has ever discussed this method of warm up before, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. It does require a lot of self control to go from full arousal back down to exercise mode, but if you can control it, give it a try.

By the way, the method you describe of progressively nearing orgasm without reaching it is referred to as edging around here. It is a popular technique.

Yes, I’m giving a try to this method, and I find it quite good, I can feel a good amount of heat, and I suppose that the heat inside is more than with other external methods! And it is also funny and dry! ;)
