New and desperate for girth

Hi fellows, I’m new to PE and I got here because I have girth problems: 4” around the head and 4.5” around midshaft and base. The lenght is not impressive (5.5”) but it’s the girth what worries me.

Do you have specific recommendations for girth exercises? Any specific tips?

There is a reason the newbie routine exists.

You want girth, but you don’t need to be deperate. You are in the average range.

Girth excercises are usually more advanced, and have to be taken lightly as you can actually hurt yourself.

In fact, you should just start out with the newbie routine to condition your dick for the first two months at least before moving on.

Desperation is not a good sign for PE. Your just going to hurt yourself and delay progress. It seems for a lot of people, girth takes a long time to gain.

Jelk. It is the basic exercise for beginners and advanced alike. You may gain just fine from jelking alone. Newbies often gain rapidly in the beginning.
