New at PE, I need some suggestions
Hello Guys! I’m a 20 year old student from italy and I discovered this site 2 days ago. I’m sorry for my bad English but I will try to be as clear as possible. I’m writing here because the English section of this forum is much more populated. I have a few questions about the exercises and how they should be done. First of all, I’ve been following this routine for my first 2 days: 5 mins warm up(using phon), 10x 20 sec stretches (in the 4 directions+ 1 doing a complete circle), than something like 50-70 oiled jelqs holding 2-3 secs, than another warp up of 5 minutes and ending with 30 kegels of 5 seconds. Is this routine safe for me? While doing kegels I can’t really keep the erection at 100%, I do them with something like 40-60%, is that okay? And which exercises are good to improve EQ? I’ve been having a few erection problems in the past moths. My starting sizes are 6,5 BPEL and 5,4 EG and I’d like to reach 7/7.5x6, do you think that’s possible? Thank you very much. :)
