New Extender

New Extender

Hi Everyone! After many years of working out in the hanging area of PE. I have decided on moving into the “extender” area of penis enlargement. I am writing this post to ask a question about how to stretch the penis in the extender? What confuses me about this is that I have read numerous posts on both Thunder’s Place and other forum boards on stretching in an extender. Some forum members say to extend past your erect length; some members say it’s your bone press erect length. Others say it’s passing your bone press flaccid length. When I would hang, all I had to do was hang weights from the LG device I was using, and that was it. No need to worry about where to hang too! Is there someone here who can address this issue for me? I’m just looking to do this correctly so that I don’t overthink myself about what I’m doing incorrectly. Thank you for your time in reading my message and responding to it.

Stretch as far as you can without injury.
For some guys, that’s much longer that BPEL. Others can only reach their stretched flaccid.

Don’t focus so much on forcing a stretch out to a certain length. Even if you aren’t pulling beyond a given distance, you’re still imparting tension on the target tissues.

Thank you Phil for your response. I will do exactly what you said.

I also stretch as far as I can for 45”-1’ 15”. Use heat. Keep adding rods. During each session I will start at my limit, but as my penis relaxes I will add .5cm rods until I reach a total of 3cm added during that session.

Started 6.4" in the tube 2/18. Now 8" 6/10/19 in tube. 6/10/19 BPEL 7.7", BPFSL 8". Began extender 9/4/18, followed by pumping. Short term goal 8" in the tube.Long term goal. 8" x 6" outside of tube. Penimaster rods 11/6/18: UP: 2x.5cm, 2x2cm, 2x4cm, 2x8cm,2x6cm

I stretch as far as it can conceivably stretch, and then, when it feels it can’t stretch any more, I stretch it more by dialing up the tension.

After a 45 minute to 1-1/2 hour session, I rest it, get rid of what looks to be potential blisters by fire goat rolling at ~ 80% erect, then I get back in at that stretch and tension and I dial it up some more.

After that session, I do the same thing. In the end, I am starting fully stretched and have Max tension on top of the stretch, which really gets the results. The flaccid hang coming out of that is showing how it works.

If I’m going for a 10+ hour day, at some point I may dial it back and restart the routine.

I have not read anything about someone developing blisters while extending. Do they happen often? Because I have developed them previously while vac hanging and this is the main reason why I am moving towards extending.

I use a vacum extender.

More comfortable than the noose based system, but susceptible to blisters, as with vacuum hanging.

All things, in moderation.

See Little Engines posts. He got a solid one when the extender head was left on too long.

While I prefer the comfort of the vacuum attachment, I realize I was more comfortable wearing the noose based system under my clothes and hence, could wear it 10+ hours per day.

Good luck.

Thank you for your post, Robert. I’m impressed by the time it’s taken you to get to where you are currently. Is there several turns that you need to complete to then add on an extender rod? Say you begin your session usually at two turns and than turning the tension twice. Would the following week you begin your session at four turns and so on.? Because I’m confused on when exactly I’m supposed to add on an extender rod. I understand the way you’ve explained it. But I’m referring to what I have to see in order to than add on the rod.

I plan on purchasing the x4 labs extender today. From what I’ve been reading, I’m excited. I do have another question, the x4 device that I plan on purchasing comes with three different tension springs. When does someone switch out the spring for a stronger one? Would it be something that would happen after three months of use? Apologies for the multiple questions but I am excited for this new chapter of PE.

Rods can be added once you are unable to achieve your preferred tension level at the current rod length. Use the tension indicator lines as your reference.

Start with the middle weight range springs. You will most likely be fine with those until you hit 1200 hours if not even longer.

The PenimasterPro (PMP) is a great system if one can avoid blisters or if you are not blister prone. I stopped using the PMP due to blisters, but if they can be avoided it is more comfortable and longer in cycles can be maintained using it.

I have almost 1500 hours in on the X4, no complaints. I use the strap and I do need to buy additional straps and cushions as both the straps and cushions deteriorate and brake over time.

I have also needed to replace my base as the screws in the base nut eventually stripped from continual use.

Hope some of that helps.

Best of luck for big gains my friend!

Little Engine, thank you for your reply. I went and purchased the X4 extender today, I got three different tension springs to go along on my journey. I don’t know if I should start with the middle one you mentioned or with the one that’s preinstalled with the device?

Start with the preinstalled, that will be fine. Initially the most important part is getting the feel of the extender and all the nuances. Finding your rhythm.

I take a slightly different approach than Little Engine, though likely works out the same.

Specifically, I keep it at a specific rod length until the stretch and tension are no longer “felt” as strenuous or challenging.

At this point, I feel the ability to add length.

Interesting LE on dropping the Penimaster. While I’ve found it more comfortable for 60 to 90 minute bursts, I’ve not been able to go beyond that, as I could with the noose system and I find it harder to wear under my clothes, which means my net hours are down. Was looking at buying the strap system for the PMP yesterday and will consider it over the coming weeks.

What are you rocking now?

Hi PSW.
Erect length /bone pressed erect length/bone pressed flaccid length is just different ways of measuring. Some guys are not able to extend beyond their flaccid beyond their erect length, while others - including myself - can extend 1/2 inch more. That is something that will happen eventually for most guys.
When you are strapping your penis to the extender, try to stretch your flaccid and see at what length the extender will have to be put together + add an inch. Then mount your penis in the extender, and compress the extender with one hand and try to position the head as forward as possible, so that the noose ( if you are using that ) does not pull to much forward « through « the ridge on the head. That causes slipping. Then strap down and fasten the strap, and release the extender. I know it is tricky atfirst, but you will get the hang of it.
Start out with the « weakest» springs, because you’ll ned to get accustomed to the situation and starting out to hard is painful. The point is to stay in the extender as much as possible every day.
When released, you can then read the level of traction from the four markings on the rods, and if you feel that you want some more traction, then turn the screws and expand the unit. If you have gained, or have just put together a to short extender - that is that you seem to get only the lowest traction no matter how far you adjust the screws - then you will need to put in more rods in the extender.
Start slowly and easy and enjoy the sensation of extending.
Good luck

Is there a good source for springs other than through the maker of the extender? Mine came with 4200g springs that my not be the right one for me. My issue is I use the extender for a few say and have to remove the 1/2” rods. Then a few days later add them back. Back and forth.

You can buy darn near anything from McMaster-Carr. They ain’t cheap, but they ship super fast and have a great selection. Then again, the extender makers overprice everything so much… Maybe it won’t be so expensive from McMaster.

You’ll have to measure the springs you have, so you can get new ones with the right dimensions to fit your extender.
