Hello people,

I’ve been doing PE on and off for 2 years now, but have started doing it seriously since April of this year. Haven’t stopped since and my gains show.

This forum is showing me a whole new side to penis enlargement that I wasn’t introduced to yet. I’ve never been a big fan of devices. I’ve mostly used my hands for my gains, and recently started supplementing with pills.

Right now, I’m recovering from a “shock treatment” for a week, then restarting with a new “trapping” routine. Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and I hope I learn alot more in here and also to be able to help others with my experience and knowledge.

I am new to TP and PE. Here are some measurements for me. Guestimating EL 5.5” EG 5.75” FL 2.875” FG 4” I would like to reach 9” EL and 6.5 EG. Perhaps this is possible! The minimum I will accept though is 7.5” EL and 6” EG. I shall try and get more precise measurements with a ruler and tape measure and pictures for you guys. Any advice from you long time PE gainers will be helpful (yes I read the newbie guide)

My trapping ( I think you guys here call it clamping? ) Routine is basically a bunch of exercises I have but instead of doing them normally, I use a trap for a couple of seconds. Just trying to get a new type of pressure going to keep variety.

My Shock treatment is basically the routine that I’m doing at the moment but increased in sets. Last time I did this I ended up with a huge blue bruise. So it worked :D

BTW drilla, love the ava. I’m jealous if your getting some of that.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

All the vets will say you have to start with the newbie routine or you will hurt yourself. You can’t do any PE if you are recovering from an injury. So while jumping into intense exercises might seem like the road to fast gains, it will actually be a road full of sinkholes.

9x6.5 is huge. That would mean a 3.5 inch gain in length and I can’t think of anyone that has done that legitimately. You could probably hit 6.5in girth, but in due time.

Of course I overdid it. I overdid it on purpose. That’s the whole point of my shock routine. But it worked because my gains are cemented as of right now. And the bruise is just about gone now. I’ve gotten alot of bruises and I know what they mean. I make my gains when I rest not when I exercise. It’s just like body building. I just have a good healing routine I do between sessions that seems to work for me. I also supplement with pills. Since re-starting I’ve gained .25” in lenght and .5” in girth. Slash is right about starting with the newbie routine. I’m just doing this intense stuff now because I’ve conditionned myself after quite some time. But in the beginning, it’s all about getting that dick used to the pressures.

Aren’t you afraid of not being able to use your dick after torturing it over and over. I mean nothing has happened up until now, but that doesn’t mean it never will. When it comes to doing anything to my penis I would err on the side of caution. Getting a bigger dick is only worth so much. I am glad you have been successful. I would just be carefull about doing that over the years. One day it may catch up with you.

Hmmm good point. But I don’t think this would cause a penis to “not work” anymore. Since most of the time, the reason has something to do with bloodflow or the PC being weak.

If you’ve got examples of penises “not working” though, please direct me to a link so I can learn more stuff :)

Can we have full details of your Shock Routine?

Sure it’s pretty easy. Just do your current routine with more reps. I’ll give my routine as an example.

Normal routine:

Jelq Palms up: 4 sets of 25
Jelq Pals Down: 4 sets of 25
3-Stage Trapping: 3 sets
Reverse Trap Jelqs: 3 sets
Pan Rolls: 3 sets

Shock version:

Jelq Palms Up: 4 sets of 25
Jelq Palms Down: 4 sets of 25
3-stage Trapping: 5 sets
Reverse Trap Jelqs: 5 sets
Pan Rolls: 5 sets
Ulis: 3 sets

See, easy. I’ve only done it once. I only plan do maybe do this like 4 times a year. I’ll do it when I feel I’ve hit a plateau.
