New guy needs quick advice
I have no idea why some of you guys are even doing PE! You’re lucky to have started at or above average. I’m definitely below avg at 5 x 4.25 but I don’t particularly care as that can change.
Anyway, I have some quick questions. I don’t exactly need advice on a beginning routine. I pretty much have that mapped out. It’s just something simple that’s already been suggested in the stickys at the top of this forum.
My questions involve timing. When should I start jelqing longer and longer? After how long would it be considered safe to throw in some horse squeezes or uli’s or any of dld’s great techniques?
I used to read up on the PE scene often. I never got into it, but always read on it. Well, I’ve been out of the loop for about a year and a half. So you guys are using new terms that are way over my head, especially the whole LOT thing. I’ve read over it quite a bit, but I am still a little fuzzy. So let me try to sort this out. If i’m stretching at 7:00 and do a kegal and feel no pullback this is my LOT if I felt a tug when I did it at 8:00? If this is my LOT, what exactly does that mean? Do I stretch up or down, etc. And how do I work the tunica? And what’s the best way for working the ligs? I’ve yet to find any information specifically addressing this (probably didn’t look hard enough).
