Assuming that you know about and have read the Newbie stuff here at also at the PE Forum you will have a lot of “facts” , but when you are starting out it’s difficult to know just what to begin with. You need to work it out for yourself and be aware of the possible dangers of overdoing it— but here’s my input.
I reckon you could do manual stretches and jelquing each session at the beginning. Warm up, esp for the jelquing when it’s a “big session”. Have plenty of rest days, as your dick won’t know what has hit it initially.
Do work up SLOWLY—- we are all amatuers here— but we don’t know anyone—-who has posted at least— who has hurt themselves when they have been careful with these exercises.
It’s actually good practice to do manual stretches (nearly??) every time you take a leak, ( go to a stall) or before going to sleep, (but to avoid as much as you can wanking TOO much). You lose that pumped and stretched feeling and “look” far too fast when you’re balls are depleted.
Stretches are best with the dick flaccid, or only a bit erect, while jelquing is best done with it about 3/4 erect. This is difficult to manange at the start, especially if you are young and your dick gets fully hard. You just have to wait a bit. Jelquing with a full erection, and uli- strrong squeezes etc with full erection is something to consider after several intense and careful months of working up to it
At the beginning you will — unless you are SOOOOO careful— overdo it, and get a bit red raw and develop red blood blisters, (“blotches” under the skin) especially if you jelq with too much of an erection.
Initially it may take some days for the redness to go way, but after a couple of months you can put some forceful effort into it— without any redness at all. You do need to work up to this to get the gains going, ( — and you get a great handgrip and powerful shoulders and arms at the same time…..well maybe a bit!!!! )
In the beginning you have to time the PE to events such as having sex in order to avoid the blotches at the wrong time.
Some people get good early gains with manual methods and then “plateau” and move onto weights. This is a good plan because there is minimal investment needed in manual stuff.

We all want to know how you progress and there will be loads of help if you are having specific difficulties … but beware that it takes months and years of dedication.
We also get a bit jack of answering repeated questions when the answers are available in the Newbie area.
Some guys here —self included— also now wear very loose underwear to let it dangle down our leg and show a bit in the pants as we walk — and also in the belief that it is best for length not to have it all bent up and sweaty all day.
Sorry — Forot to add—- There are plenty of guys here who report of the order of 1 inch length or more and also good girth gains with just the manual stuff.
