New guy

Hello there

Pardon me English is not my native language.

I’m new to the site, looking for some tips and tricks. In the beginning (started yesterday) I’m trying to gather as much information as possible in order to get a better understanding of PE.
But I figured that I couldn’t read everything in manuals and guides. Thought it would be a good try to ask more experienced people.

Starting stats are following
Length (when erect) 5.9 / 15 cm
Girth (mid shaft or thickest part of the penis besides the glans) 4.7 / 12 cm

I would definitely be most interested in getting as much girth as possible. As that would be the part I dislike the most. 1 inch in length should do it for me, but even more in girth (Is jelqing the most efficient for length as well as girth? Sorry if this is a stupid answer) would be the aim, are these realistic goals? And what would be the time table for such goal, or does that answer differ to much from person to person?

I tried yesterday the following:
Warming a dishcloth 2-4 mins in as hot water as possible.
Warming my penis up for 2-4 mins with the dishcloth.
At first I tried overhand jelq, but quickly found the ordinary “palm up” jelq was the way to go for me. I did about 200 3-4 seconds jelqs without any problems. I used a little bit of lubricant.
Afterwards I masturbated

I know this is a pretty basic and primitive routine especially for the vets in here.

More questions:
Is it possible to gain with this simple method or would people advice one to advance your routine in order to obtain gains more efficient and/or faster
Should I stretch? If yes, before or after jelqing? I have read both in here.
Same goes for masturbation before or after or not at all?

Thanks in advance
A newbie.

Congratulations! It appears that you have already taken your first “dick-pulling” steps. Your length goal of gaining an extra inch is absolutely attainable. Gaining an extra inch in girth will be more challenging but not impossible. Good luck and I think you would greatly benefit if you read about the “newbie” routine.

If anything it is best to start with a simple routine, see where it takes you, and add onto it as you feel you need to. When I first started, all I did was jelq. After a month or two of no results, I added in some other exercises to complement the jelqing. Also, as troubadoue said, your goals are absolutely doable, you just have to be patient, it’s not going to happen overnight.

Thanks for the replies guys. May I ask which @Thebestone?
By the way are there any place where there is a hall of fame kind of thing, where you can ask the best of the best?
I have read the newbie routine already.
Is girth so much harder than length to get?
What have worked the best for you guys both length and girth wise?

Have a nice day.

Girth is harder to gain for most guys. A majority of guys get a majority of their gains with some form of the newbie routine.

The best way to go is one of the 2 newbie routines for about 3 months then reevaluate. It is counter intuitive for many guys; but, the most common cause of no gains is overtraining. If the “less is more” approach doesn’t work for you then you do need to add more at some point. But overtraining either toughens your trout up, or wears it out to much. Either way you can’t gain.

First and foremost thanks for the reply.

I see. I will try the same and come back then, but I’m just curious if I should stay strictly to the newbie routine. Do I have to do exactly what it sais? I mean could I modify the intensity for example?

The Newbie Routine

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

Notes

Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.

So I would do the “workout” 5 days in a row mon-fri and take the weekend off? Would that be suitable, or is it a no go?

I’m not a vet or anything but started the newbie routine almost 3 months ago with a 5 on 2 off schedule and have seen nothing but positive PIs and some gains (mostly girth it seems).

May I ask how much? (Just curious), but thanks for the reply motivates me even more!

Well, girth-wise I was 12.5 cm pre PE and I now measure 13.1 cm. So that would make a 0.6 cm gain. I’m not counting that as official just yet though, but my penis is definitely thicker than before.

As for length I didn’t find a consistent way of measuring until a few weeks back so I can’t be certain of the overall gains. Since then I have gone up from 17 cm to 17.3 cm though.

Keep on hunting those mm:s! :D
