Hello gents,

I’m brand new to this forum but I’ve been on my PE journey for several months now. I’ve only been using the Quick Extender Pro for about 5 months and the gains were steady for a while but they’ve hit a plateau and I’m nowhere near my goal. I’ve tried several stretching techniques but after reading some of your guys’ threads I realized I haven’t stuck to it nearly as long and not even close to doing it correctly.

While everyone has their motives, mine is mostly psychological. My wife of 3 years (relationship of 6 years) left me for a “bigger” man in January and after being served divorce papers I’ve only been with two other ladies, both of which broke it off after a month. I’m becoming certain it’s lack of satisfaction and honestly it’s affected my mental state in a very negative way. Anyways, getting to the point. I’m going to start the beginners exercises today and hopefully see enough progress eventually to where I can start to feel confident again.

My question is this: what methods are there to break past plateaus once you reach them? Once I do the beginners routine for a couple months are there ways to keep increasing size? My only goal for now is +.5 inches in length and girth, hopefully that’s a realistic goal.

Apologies for the long introduction/life story but I’ve tried almost everything and I’m at the end of my rope, no pun intended.

Im also pretty new so wait a little bit for the pros yet i will share the information that i do know.

So yes gaining 0.5 for both length and girth is realistic [length is usually faster then girth].

And i didn’t try many P.E equipment’s only extender and a pump.

And if you ask me which 1 i prefer go with pump.

I started only 1 month ago so but from what i experience: 0.5cm gains/stronger erections/huge flaccid for few hours and slightly bigger flaccid even a day later.

Welcome to Thunders. Sorry to hear about the end of your relationship and difficulties since. Not trying to over analyze your situation but I highly doubt that the reason is due to you lacking enough size or skill to get the job done in the bedroom. Women will often use that because they know it cuts deep. I mean, we’re all here because we want a bigger unit. Even guys that you or I would consider huge often times don’t view themselves as even being big. Get out there and have some confidence with the unit you’ve got while you work on the unit you want. You’ve got a second chance to find a better partner.

I think your goals are very realistic but if you spend any amount of time looking through the forums, you’ll find that everyone grows at their own pace. I was fortunate to see some early gains from a manual only routine and started with the newbie routine for about 3-4 months before branching out. Thank you all for the support! I’ve been doing a lot lately to reprogram my brain and start changing my life into the one I want, I’ve picked up some bodybuilding and going to the gym daily, as well as meditating and learning to make music as a hobby. After feeling stuck with the junk I have, this site gives me hope that I can be the man I want to be.

I’m currently researching some pumps to try out and I’ve seen recommendations for ones with a guage so that’s where I’ll start. I did my first set of the newbie routine yesterday after work and it does feel like it’s getting a good stretch, I just need to make sure I’m not applying too much pressure and I’m not choking my head too hard. I’ve also taken my starting measurements after seeing that be recommended in several threads and I plan on measuring again in 1 month. I’m just going off of how I feel but if anyone has advice on pressure or warning signs or even hardware it’s more than welcome. I’m brand spanking new to this whole thing but I’m very excited to learn.

If you are hitting a plateu, the thing is to change the routine, it doesnt have to be much, just different or more than what you have been doing. More extending, more traction, more hours, stretching, jelqing, pumping, hanging, combinations in a workout routine. ( I’ve did not mention clamping, on purpose, because that is a dangerous road to go down )

And did I mention to add heat ? Good luck man, 0,5 inch is easy, you’ll soon settle for 1 or more :) )

My best advice for you is to focus on things that makes yourself feel better. If that’s a bigger penis (to feel more confident, better or whatever), PE is what you need.
Sit down and figure out what you want and make a plan for that.

If what you basically want is a new wife/GF.. I’m not sure that investing your time in PE will amount to the best results!
New clothes, a haircut, going to the gym, educate yourself etc. And find a way to make money, get a nice house/apartment, be yourself and be confident and stable (do what you say and say what you do) .. This is what most women will prioritize the most.

Most women look for stability and ways for them “to build a nest”, my experience, stable income and “mental”-stability is a way to accomplish this.
(in the PUA world, they will say she will unconsciously “shit-test” you to see if/when you brake down ie. How “mental” stable are you)
Penis size is way down on the list of priorities.. Though it for sure is a priority, just not as high on the list as we males think.
I myself have a thing for women with big boobs, but it is also somewhat down the list regarding relationship material.

Of course there’s also all this “true love” and instant attraction stuff.. But down the path, women will start evaluating using their “list”.. (why most women start with the exciting bad boys.. Who are then kicked out when they get older .. Then when they get past the “raising kids” period.. This sometimes changes again).

All just built on my experience which is not that much.
