New Guy
Hello gents,
I’m brand new to this forum but I’ve been on my PE journey for several months now. I’ve only been using the Quick Extender Pro for about 5 months and the gains were steady for a while but they’ve hit a plateau and I’m nowhere near my goal. I’ve tried several stretching techniques but after reading some of your guys’ threads I realized I haven’t stuck to it nearly as long and not even close to doing it correctly.
While everyone has their motives, mine is mostly psychological. My wife of 3 years (relationship of 6 years) left me for a “bigger” man in January and after being served divorce papers I’ve only been with two other ladies, both of which broke it off after a month. I’m becoming certain it’s lack of satisfaction and honestly it’s affected my mental state in a very negative way. Anyways, getting to the point. I’m going to start the beginners exercises today and hopefully see enough progress eventually to where I can start to feel confident again.
My question is this: what methods are there to break past plateaus once you reach them? Once I do the beginners routine for a couple months are there ways to keep increasing size? My only goal for now is +.5 inches in length and girth, hopefully that’s a realistic goal.
Apologies for the long introduction/life story but I’ve tried almost everything and I’m at the end of my rope, no pun intended.
